"High level hotel with private beach, nice rooms and good service"

"The reception staff were very polite. The hotel had an old feeling, but it was very clean and comfortable. The facilities were very good and there was no problem. The refrigerator and air conditioner were also working well. It is within walking distance to the sea and a little walk from the station, but there are many shops facing the street so it is no problem. The bus will stop nearby. I think I will repeat it again next time."

Due to noise issues in the room I initially booked online, the understanding and experienced hotel staff promptly upgraded me to a fantastic Deluxe City View room. "Around the area you can find good foods and convenience store. Abit far from the center but you can walk along the beach and enjoy the view."

After returning from the beach in the evening, you can enjoy dinner at one of the lively open-air restaurants lining the nearby streets. The hotel staff are very welcoming. "Great hotel, exceptional concierge - super friendly and helpful . I also left my jumper behind and they contacted me and shipped it to me in the UK. Only let down is the staff and menu at the beach bar where sadly service and some of the staff attitudes didn’t reflect the standards of the hotel."

"Lovely hotel with great staff!  Stylish and convenient rooms. Celine at Reception was great and many of the breakfast staff. I travelled with my Mother and the staff were super kind to her. Breakfast was good, lots of fruit yoghurt and pastries. Only issue was drilling/construction noise from 2-4pm, which disturbed my mother’s rest. We were given no warning which was upsetting.  Location is in a more residential area 10 min walk to croisette and beach. But a 20 min walk to city center /Cannes train."
