Really praise this hotel! From check-in to check-out, the reception was efficient and friendly, and the room type was upgraded for free. The rooms are spacious and bright, fully equipped and brand new, smart toilets and high-quality toiletries are too extra points. The breakfast is rich in variety, Chinese and Western with nutrition and delicious, fresh and delicious. The overall hygiene is impeccable, every corner is clean, living in peace of mind and comfort, worthy of five-star praise!

There are many hotels in this area, and an all-season hotel is even in the same building. I chose this one because it offers better value for money and a more reasonable price! The only downside was the lack of a mini-fridge in the room, so no cold drinks in summer… I really liked the showerhead; the water pressure was great, making for a comfortable shower! Another reason I chose this hotel was that my Ctrip member booking included a complimentary buffet lunch and a late checkout until 4 PM. However, the front desk wasn't clear about these benefits during check-in, and I had to confirm them repeatedly. It seems there's a disconnect between the hotel and the platform regarding their partnership! Also, regarding the complimentary buffet lunch, the front desk said the dining hall was closed, but they could deliver meals to the room, which was good service. However, they sent two identical meal boxes, and the variety was very limited… If there's no buffet lunch, shouldn't this be communicated in advance when booking the hotel?

The hotel lobby is simple yet elegant, and the environment is very well-maintained and clean. The rooms offer expansive views, the bedding is spotless and odor-free, and all appliances work perfectly. Public transportation, including buses and subways, is conveniently located nearby, making it an ideal choice for business travelers.

I was very happy with my stay. Since I brought a lot of things with me on my trip, I sent them to the hotel via courier. I told the front desk, and they were happy to accept them. When checking in, I was too tired from the journey and went straight upstairs, forgetting to take my packages. The receptionist, Xiao Xu, thoughtfully had the robot deliver them all to me – so considerate!

Whenever I go to Changsha, I choose Orange Hotel. The room is clean and sanitary, and the rice noodles and noodles for breakfast are very good, with authentic Changsha flavor. The waiters are very nice. We drove a tram, and there were plenty of parking spaces on the first floor of the hotel, which made charging very convenient.

The hotel is 1.4 kilometers away from the South Station subway station. It is best to take a taxi from the subway station. There is a large viaduct entrance and exit at the entrance of the hotel. The sound insulation is good and no car noise is heard. It should be convenient for self-driving tours? The room is fully equipped with basic electrical appliances, and there is a mobile phone charger at the window (it seems to be charged). The room was basically clean when I checked in, and I wiped it with wet wipes to avoid dust, but I found a snail shell on the chair leg by the window. I don't know what happened. There is a restaurant on the second floor of the hotel and a vending machine on the first floor. You don't need to go out to buy food and drinks. The picture shows the viaduct entrance and exit that you need to pass by when walking to the hotel gate.

The hotel facilities are complete and relatively new! The breakfast selection is plentiful. However, the biggest problem is the poor soundproofing of the rooms. It was impossible to sleep in the street-facing rooms due to the noise from passing trucks. Despite requesting a quiet room, we were still given a street-facing room, and we couldn't change rooms that night.

This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, right across from Florentia Village. The front desk staff were all smiles and check-in was quick. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfy. There's a desk and a window in every room, and I slept soundly all night. The soundproofing is excellent, it was really quiet. Breakfast had a great variety, and the Changsha rice noodles were authentic and delicious. It's really great value for money, perfect for both business trips and family vacations. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area, I truly recommend it to everyone! Satisfied.

We stayed overnight on our arrival to Changsha. the hotel is located in a nice quiet location very close to the train station and metro. It was a comfortable stay and very convenient. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Changsha
