"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Khalidiya branch. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. We especially loved the excellent service and the delicious breakfast, which offered a great variety of options. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and always willing to assist, making our stay even more pleasant. The only minor suggestion for improvement would be to provide slippers and dental kits in the rooms. We hope these amenities can be included in the future for added convenience. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we had a great experience. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others. 😊"

"This isn't my first time staying at this hotel, and as always, everything was top-notch. The service, food, location, and proximity to the airport – everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially want to highlight that the staff truly go out of their way to do everything possible for guests; they allowed us to check in early with our child and even upgraded our room without any extra charge. "Excellent hotel. The staff are polite and always happy to help with any queries. The rooms are good and spacious. The windows don't open, but in January, even with the AC off, the temperature was comfortable – neither cold nor hot. The ventilation system worked well. We slept great; the mattresses were good and not worn out. Breakfast was a bit sparse, but you won't go hungry. There's a Burger King on the other side of the hotel building. The beach is a 30-minute walk away, and on the way, there's a WTC mall with a McDonald's."

"Our family had a pleasant three-night stay at VOGO Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa from 29 December to 1 January, enjoying the comfortable facilities and beautiful golf course surroundings. Overall, it was a positive experience with a few areas that could be improved. The hotel provides valet parking, which is very convenient, especially when traveling with children and luggage. Most staff we encountered were polite and helpful, although service quality can feel inconsistent at times. One minor disappointment was the check-in experience: the receptionist shook her body in a dismissive way while speaking to us, which did not match the professional standards expected of a five-star hotel. Our room was spacious and generally clean, with the highlight being the lovely golf club view from the window, which made our stay feel relaxing and resort-like. Cleanliness was acceptable, with housekeeping keeping the room in reasonable condition, though not outstanding compared with some other luxury properties. On the first day, the pump of the shower gel dispenser was not working, which was inconvenient after a long day.After we left a note for the hotel on the second morning, the issue was fixed promptly, and the dispenser worked properly for the rest of the stay, showing that the team is responsive once informed. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options including Middle Eastern and international fusion dishes that suited both adults and children. A special thanks to Ms. Getrude at the restaurant: she was very caring toward our child, spoke to her warmly, and even remembered our daughter’s name on the second day, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, this resort offers a relaxing golf-view environment, convenient valet parking, and a good breakfast selection, making it a comfortable choice for families. With some refinement in front-desk attitude and more attention to small in-room maintenance issues, it has the potential to deliver a consistently five-star experience."

"Facilities: Excellent. The outdoor pool is heated, and the water quality is good. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Great, and the location is excellent. It's about a 10-minute drive to the amusement park. Service: Prompt and efficient."

"I really like this hotel, and this is not my first time staying here. I always choose it because I enjoy the overall experience. However, there are a few issues that I hope can be improved. The air conditioning in the rooms never seems to get cold enough, which makes the room uncomfortable. Also, the room has an unpleasant smell, and the pillows and duvet don’t smell fresh either. Another issue I experienced was with the room lights. They were too bright, and I couldn’t make the room dark enough at night, so I didn’t feel comfortable while trying to sleep. I hope these issues can be addressed because I genuinely enjoy staying at this hotel and would love to continue coming back."

"Park Hyatt Saadiyat Island is the perfect vacation spot. It boasts pristine white sand beaches and a crystal-clear turquoise sea. There's also a children's pool, great for kids to play in. Steak lovers can head to the Argentinian steakhouse, while seafood enthusiasts can enjoy the Italian restaurant. At breakfast, you might even be greeted by an Arabian falcon. After dinner, take a stroll through the bushes near the hotel, and if you're lucky, you might even snap a picture with an Arabian gazelle. Selfies, group photos, you name it!"

"Even for a quick overnight stay, this hotel blew us away. The property was immaculate and comfortable, but the real highlight was the exceptional hospitality. A huge thank you to #Dibi, #Jean, #Femi, #Sijo, #Mr. Ikarim, and #Alihil for going completely above and beyond to make us feel like VIP guests from check-in to check-out. Their warmth and professionalism made a lasting impression in just 24 hours. We highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return!"

"Firstly, the YAS bus was unreliable and did not follow the schedule as indicated. The hotel staff led us to wait for the YAS bus at a bus stop which was no longer in operation and after waiting for 30 mins we gave up and took a Careem instead. Stepping into the hotel, it felt like an extremely overpriced airport hotel. The amenities provided were just a vanity kit and a shower cap. No other amenities. Compared to other hotels I've stayed in Dubai which provided mouthwash, loofah, shaving kit etc. The room itself was small, no rain shower in the toilet and the bulb in the toilet light kept flashing. The hotel breakfast selection was limited, the only saving grace was the eggs benedict. Hotel gym is also small, we went during dinner where there was nobody and had a great workout there but can't imagine if there's more than 5 people in the gym due to the size of the gym. Steam room wasn't working by 7pm. Hotel came with 2 parks access for 2 days but still did not justify the price and the amenities in the room. The only thing I had no complains about was the service from the staff which was impeccable. The WhatsApp service from the concierge was also great as they responded almost immediately to help me with my things. For this price point I expected alot more which this hotel did not provide. I've stayed in motels with better amenities and really does not justify the $700 SGD per night price point."

"The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were warm and professional. The water pressure was excellent, and the shower had a great wet/dry separation. The only downside is that there's no longer a shuttle to Yas Island, which makes staying here a bit inconvenient if you plan on going there. However, it's close to the Louvre Abu Dhabi. There's also a small supermarket within walking distance downstairs. Overall, I'm satisfied."
