"Our stay at Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by an atmosphere of elegance, warmth and genuine hospitality. It was the perfect setting for spending quality time together, and every member of our group thoroughly enjoyed the experience. What truly elevated our stay was the outstanding level of service. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Adeel, Si, Yasin, Fiska, Jalal, Shaming, Fazal, Saidiya (Manager), Delawar, Mahesh (Chef), Manoosa, Chef Lithin, Sashi, Sajan, Alex and Amel. Every one of them was exceptionally helpful, attentive and welcoming. Their professionalism, kindness and attention to detail made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to the housekeeping team, who did a wonderful job keeping our rooms beautifully clean, fresh and comfortable every day. Their hard work and attention to detail certainly did not go unnoticed. The hotel facilities were wonderful. We especially loved the beautiful, clean swimming pool and the stunning sandy beach. The beach was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the sunshine and take in the peaceful surroundings. Everything was beautifully maintained, creating a truly relaxing and luxurious holiday atmosphere. The breakfast selection was superb, offering an impressive variety of fresh and delicious choices. There was something for everyone, and the quality of the food was excellent. A special thank you to Mahesh, Chef Lithin and the entire culinary team for making our dining experiences so enjoyable. We also loved the Shisha experience — beautifully presented, relaxing and perfectly suited to the wonderful atmosphere of the hotel. It was lovely to sit back, unwind and enjoy the surroundings together. The hotel has a wonderful sense of luxury, tranquillity and sophistication, while still maintaining a warm and welcoming feel. Whether enjoying breakfast, relaxing by the pool, spending time on the beach or simply taking in the beautiful surroundings, we felt completely at ease. This was more than just a hotel stay — it was a beautiful experience filled with wonderful hospitality, exceptional service, great food, relaxation and memories that we will cherish. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team, including the wonderful housekeeping staff, for looking after us so beautifully. We all had an incredible time and will absolutely be returning. "This was my first time encountering an issue when booking a hotel abroad. I arrived at the Capital Centre Arjaan by Rotana in Abu Dhabi after 9 PM. Check-in was smooth. Upon entering the room, I noticed it was newly renovated, with a strong smell of construction materials, even though the Ctrip homepage stated it was renovated in 2023. I immediately contacted customer service to resolve the issue, but since it was already past midnight, I couldn't book another room for that night. Ctrip's customer service was quite responsible. The agent I spoke with, Xiao Cheng, was a girl who was very capable at problem-solving. She helped me find a nearby hotel and asked me to pay for it first, with the understanding that I would negotiate with the platform later. Overall, I'd give the handling process a 7 out of 10, as the information displayed on the platform was indeed incorrect. However, this hotel has now changed its renovation year to 2025. I paid over 1000 AED for my stay, but the usual price is only around 500 AED. I hope everyone pays attention and doesn't overpay; this hotel's price is not worth over 1000 AED. If I have the chance to visit Abu Dhabi again in the future, I will still choose to book my rooms through Ctrip!"

"Spacious room with a kitchen and washing machine. The bathroom only had gel (which doubled as shampoo), bar soap, a shower cap, and body lotion (bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste). Cleanliness wasn't superb; there was a slight smell from the kitchen and some dust, but the bedding and towels were clean. We were checked in very quickly late at night, and in the morning, I asked to check out an hour later, which they agreed to – much appreciated. A good option for a couple of nights."

"Spent at this hotel 4 days, everything at this hotel is worth every penny. Good sized rooms, specious bathroom, clean all over, customer service is excellent, reception is very helpful and friendly, the cafe and restaurant area is excellent, the foods and beverages are also excellent. The pool is great and looks like fun but we didn't get the chance to use it due to the heat. The gym is ok, it can be a bit improved considering it's a 5 stars hotel, but it's more than enough for your average workout. Everything at this hotel is excellent. The only bad experience we had it was nothing to do with the hotel but our next door neighbour for only one night they were on the balcony at 2 am and talking loudly and laughing loudly too. I had to call the reception to get them quite and into a normal civilised hbehaviour. It's just luck, you get low class people in a high class place which it proves that you can't buy class. Would I book here again? Absolutely, in fact I'll book again at this hotel in a couple of months."

"Swimming pool is heated which is fantastic to enjoy in the evening . Breakfast is amazing which huge variety of options such as western , Asian and Indian food. Sauna and gym are really good and very pleasant stay in Abu Dhabi. Front desk gentleman who checked us is was amazing , very helpful and kind . If you plan to use public transportation to Ferrari World and Warner Bros , take bus 102 or 184 but… buses are so crowded anytime . There is a shuttle bus to Yas Marina but it only pick the people at11:00 am which means arriving in the park afternoon and it will be crowded . Arrive earlier to the parks because rides can take up to 2 hours such as Formula Rossa . Best to stay in Abu Dhabi first and then go to dubai ."

"Even for a quick overnight stay, this hotel blew us away. The property was immaculate and comfortable, but the real highlight was the exceptional hospitality. A huge thank you to #Dibi, #Jean, #Femi, #Sijo, #Mr. Ikarim, and #Alihil for going completely above and beyond to make us feel like VIP guests from check-in to check-out. Their warmth and professionalism made a lasting impression in just 24 hours. We highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return!"

"We stayed for one night during our transit to China. The staff were incredibly responsive and helpful. They provided an extra bed and bedding free of charge. We accidentally left a suitcase in the hallway, and before we even realized it, the staff had already noticed and were looking for us to return it. The breakfasts were excellent, with omelets made fresh to order and a good selection of non-alcoholic drinks. The hotel has its own beach, and we even managed to squeeze in a swim before our long flight. There are many attractions nearby, including the Marina Mall. You can see the Etihad Towers from the beach. Everything was super. I highly recommend it. I would definitely consider staying here again for a longer vacation with a meal plan!
