I love everything about this hotel. The rooms are spacious , clean and comfortable. The staff are great with professional hospitality. The bars are the best especially the African club. I enjoyed myself.

The stay was decent considering the price, but I believe there are better options available in the same range. The rooms were noticeably small, especially if you are traveling with multiple bags or planning a longer stay. One thing that was disappointing was the lack of luggage assistance service, which would have been helpful during check-in and check-out. On the positive side, the location is convenient, with plenty of markets, cafes, and restaurants nearby, making it easy to find food and basic necessities. The pool area was good and well-maintained, but it was quite crowded because of the holiday season, so it was difficult to fully relax and enjoy the facilities. Another downside was that basic toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided in the room. When we requested them, the staff informed us that they were available only at an extra charge, which was unexpected for a hotel stay. Overall, the experience was average not bad, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of service and room comfort.

The staff are very accomodating. I did not regret booking at up town hotel apartments abu dhabi(gewan). The cleanliness is amazing . Sukam and anis of housekepping department thankyou for cleaning the rpom And to the receptionist the day i came to abu dhabi ( 2 males) thank you for helping me for the smooth assistance.🫶🫶

The hotel is located in a very good and reasonable area,where one can walk to the mall that is meters away ,very good service,I always book this place when I'm in Abu Dhabi, however this time around the room that I stayed in the past weekend had a dirty air-conditioning system whereby I even cought flu due to the polluted air that was blowing overnight in my room during my stay. Kindly requesting for the hotel to look into their air-conditioners.thankd

Overall, the hotel was fine — everything inside was okay. and the staff were friendly and cooperative However, the biggest problem was the parking. When I booked, it said there was public parking available with a charge, which I was happy to pay for. But when I arrived, I was shocked to find that although parking is technically “available,” it’s almost impossible to find a space! I had to drive around the area for nearly an hour each time just to find a spot on a side street. It was very exhausting every time I returned to the hotel. I’m not sure whether this issue is with the hotel or with Trip.com, but the information about parking was not made clear at all

The apartments are very beautiful and spacious. They have washing machines in the rooms, a stove, a microwave, etc. Please note, there's no hairdryer or slippers. I stayed in December, and even though it was +20°C outside, I froze in the room. The AC unit couldn't blow warm air, so it was really cold. Otherwise, everything was great. They didn't charge for cleaning, but I also didn't leave anything dirty. The administrator, Vishnu, was always available and quickly helped with everything. P.S. It's not visible in the photos, but there's also a separate bedroom to the left with a large bed and a wardrobe.

Kids were very excited to wake up with a view to the animals. Staff was very helpful and respectful. Nearby food court connected to the zoo was helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Only drawback was the Bathrooms, small and no bathtubs available. Its nearby to Yaa Island amusement parks. Mini mall is nearby too. Transport is easily available at the hotel.

Arrived at late night hour and left early, so it is hard to say I had a complete staying experience in the hotel. However, I would still recommend the hotel since I find nothing to complain about during my short staying. The front desk is helpful since it did not take long to check in (I do not know why I always spend over 5 minutes checking in in other hotels), and the facility looked nice. I did not hear noise at night, which is satisfying enough for me.

Well the room that was given to me at the beginning was very claustrophobic while I decided to have a bath and the water heater failed to work. I asked the engineer to come and check it and after 2 attempts it could not be fixed hence the hotel changed my room and gave me a good room. The location of the hotel is great and it’s accessible to many public locations and it’s at the downtown area. The central bus station is just 4mins away by car and walking about 13mins. The reception was very helpful at all times.
