"Stayed at this hotel for a europa league football fixture.Good location for the ground a 20min walk or regular trams a 2min walk away that also take you into the city centre. Room was very comfortable,tea & coffee making facilities,free safe and wonderful bed.Would highly recommended this hotel.😊"

"I had a great stay at the NH Hotel Graz City and would definitely choose it again. The location is excellent, making it equally convenient for business travellers and tourists. I could easily see myself staying here for either another work trip or a city break. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly - something I really appreciated during my stay, especially considering the hot outside temperatures. Overall, it's a reliable, comfortable hotel with great service, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Graz."

"We stayed at a&o hotels in three major Austrian cities and were satisfied with all of them. We didn't encounter any surprises or disappointments. The room was clean, organized, and exactly as shown in the photos. There were plenty of power outlets, and the reception staff was very polite.The location was particularly advantageous, being within walking distance (15-20 minutes) of Graz city center. Since it was the weekend, we were also able to park our car for free in the nearby Green Zone. We really liked both Graz and the hotel; we would definitely stay here again."

"Location was within 20 minutes walking to the old town and just 2 minutes on feet to the Grazer Messe (Fair of Graz) facilities. Breakfast was of broad selection and good quality, Tobias satisfied all our wishes in the restaurant. All other staff members (receptionist and cleaning staff) were polite and very helpful. Though the hotel is on a road with tram traffic, noise isolation worked pretty well and we had silent nights. We could easily find parking on the other side of the road, which was luckily free during the weekend. I would definitely return to this hotel if visited Graz next time again."

"Across the river from the main city, 3 stops from bus 58 or 63 to the train station, convenient, but not particularly convenient to the main attractions. Walk a few hundred meters to take tram 3 or 5, or take 58 or 63 for one stop to change to bus 3 or 5. There is a BELLA supermarket next door and a eurospar supermarket across the road. The room we were given was on the 3rd floor. Although it was along the street, it was not noisy at all because it was recessed, and the sunlight was not direct, so the temperature and light in the room were good. The hygiene was good, the front desk service was good, and there were not many varieties of breakfast, but it was not suitable for Chinese stomachs."

"I stayed here for one night without meals. The room was very spacious, so I was able to use it comfortably. The shower was a box type with a glass door, and there was no problem with hot water. It is conveniently located less than a 5-minute walk from the train station, and there is a supermarket nearby. The old town is just over a 10-minute walk on a flat road. There is a tram running on the street right in front of the hotel. When I checked in, an older staff member carefully explained how to use the number lock key as well as tourist information, so I was able to use the hotel with peace of mind."

"walkable from Graz train station still very quiet rooms with modern room and bathroom facilities. we stayed in winter and the heating was good but  can not comment on AC. beds were comfortable. breakfast varieties were plenty and overall taste was good. staff was helpful. the city centre was within walking range and tram lines in the city centre were free."
