"The B&B has a great location, very close to the Old Street Plaza. It's clean and tidy, but the facilities are a bit old. There's no shower curtain in the bathroom, so after a shower, the floor gets all wet. Breakfast is provided and it's filling. Considering the affordable price and excellent location, I'd recommend it."

"This hotel is located in the old town, a beautifully renovated historic building. It's conveniently located within walking distance of Republic Square, St. Sava Temple, and a shopping mall. The facilities are comprehensive and well-laid out, including slippers, and it's quiet at night. The hotel's breakfast room is stunning, and the breakfast itself is plentiful and delicious."

"Small, but clean and cozy rooms with a private shower. It's about a 15-minute walk to the city center, maximum. The owner is very hospitable. And it's inexpensive! In terms of value for money, it's an excellent option."

"The hotel was fantastic; we loved it. The receptionist was very helpful with everything. At the end of our stay, we asked for a taxi, and they helped us with that too. We stayed on the 14th floor, which offers amazing views of the city (not exactly picturesque, but the mountains are amazing 😍). The breakfasts were delicious, with plenty of choice: there were always vegetables, eggs (the omelet was burnt once and tasted awful), pastries, and fresh fruit. The only thing we didn't like was that upon check-in, reception told us breakfast started at 6:00 AM. We had to leave early for an excursion, so we arrived for breakfast just as it opened (6:15 AM). Several dishes were already served, but the coffee machines were turned off (meaning there was no hot water for tea either). A woman came around setting the table, and I asked her if I could at least pour some tea. She completely ignored me, made a disgruntled face, and left. As a result, we were left without breakfast."

"The room was great, and the hotel's location from the airport is good. The only slight inconvenience is getting to the train station, but other attractions are all within walking distance. The facilities are comprehensive, including a coin-operated washing machine which isn't expensive. The front desk service was excellent, and the staff spoke very clear English – it was the first time I fully understood someone's English since arriving in Serbia and Bosnia! The immediate surroundings are a bit average, but it's still a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle. The only minor issue was that the cutlery wasn't very clean, but it was easily fixed with a quick wash. Plus, there's a balcony!"

"The hotel is near the bus station and railway which is exactly what i am looking for (20 minute walk)! The walk to the city center is about 40 minutes. The location is quiet and nice. Check in staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy. The room was smaller than i thought but its fine because I was solo travelling. Have all the amenities that I need. They have a few shops and supermarket nearby so quick eats/buy were very convenient. The breakfast served was delicious! I enjoyed the breakfast a lot."

"Facilities: Good, the room has a balcony. The swimming pool, spa, and sauna are all excellent. Cleanliness: No issues, everything is quite clean. Environment: There's a large shopping mall nearby, convenient for shopping, and it's very close to the airport. Service: Also good."

"Our stay at Hotel Aziza was pleasant overall. The reception staff, especially the lady at the front desk, was very kind and went out of her way to help us get to the pharmacy and return safely — truly appreciated her assistance. The hotel staff in general were responsive and quick to attend to our requests. The location is close to the Old City, which makes it convenient for sightseeing. However, it’s situated on a steep hill, so walking up can be quite challenging, especially after a long day. Breakfast was simple and could be improved — the selection was limited, and the fruits were not very fresh. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service and a great location for exploring Sarajevo, but be prepared for the uphill walk and modest breakfast."

"This hotel has a lot of history and fantastic potential, but the way it is managed right now is straight up terrible. There are so many flaws that it makes a stay here pretty miserable. It might be okay for 1 night if you have an early morning bus ride, but even in this case your stay will not be enjoyable. Small details like a spitting faucet, lack of shelf in the shower to put your toiletries, dirty table cloths and chipped dishes in the restaurant, no light in the lobby, broken light switches in the room, broken things fixed with duct tape, no shampoo etc - numerous details just make you sad."

"Incredible hotel with very kind and welcoming staff. Nice and large rooms with an incredible view of the forest, a very unique experience. Would like to extend a thanks to Sanin for making the best hot chocolate I've ever had, and Mladen for serving us in the three times (!!!) we used the downstairs restaurant which had probably the best pizza I've ever had. I never use the restaurant in the hotel but this was seriously exceptional and had plenty of options. I ended up ordering Pizza Trebevic twice on two separate days. The breakfast options were good too. Special thanks also to Mellisa at the front desk who let us check out late because our flight was late in the evening and greeted us with nothing but kindness, and booked us taxis as we needed. The only problem you might have with the hotel is that the location is high up in the mountains. Cab drivers probably won't be very pleased to take you up easily and you will feel guilty that they drove so far for you. The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere but the hikes around the area make it worth it. On the map it looks like it is not far from the main town but it is really far compared to other options. Go to this hotel if you intend to hike often but just bear in mind that you are high up in the mountains, far away from the old town center"
