"My stay here was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room itself was spotless, well-lit, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept like a baby. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, checking me in and out efficiently, and quick to respond to any requests – they really thought of all the little details. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, and I honestly couldn't find a single fault with the cleanliness or service. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommend it to everyone!"

"The home-cooked food offered looked delicious, but being vegetarian, sadly I couldn't try it. The hosts were beyond helpful, going to great lengths to help me sort out transportation problems with by ebike, after I discovered there was no luggage consignment available at Hekou North train station. They were willing to store my bike for free until I returned, but in the end managed to organise transport to Lijiang with a local logistics company which I would never have found myself, after all the major firms refused. Can't praise them enough - wonderful people."

"The location is excellent. I had a lot of luggage so was very happy that the hotel was so close to the border. The rooms themselves are nice, the staff is friendly and the breakfast was good. One small issue I had with the place was there was a smell in both rooms I stayed in after I turned on the air conditioning. On the first night I asked to be moved to another room and it was fine initially but it returned after having the air conditioning on for a while. However, apart from this, everything was fine."

All the facilities are very new and complete. Parking is easy, and they even gave us a free room upgrade when we checked in. I highly recommend this hotel; its high level of comfort truly enhanced our trip."

"This hotel has relatively new facilities, and the standard rooms are quite spacious. The furniture is all carved mahogany or imitation mahogany, and the rooms are very clean. There's a garden and parking lot in front that can accommodate dozens of cars. It's also just a few dozen meters from the China-Vietnam Shopping Mall. The breakfast selection is plentiful, and the internet speed is fast. However, the showerhead is positioned too low, only about 1.1 meters."

"Seeing that it opened in 2026, I assumed the hygiene and facilities would be quite good, so I booked it. However, I can only say you get what you pay for. The front desk service was quite good, but the room was not clean enough, so they changed my room. Even after the change, the room was still not good. It was on the fifth floor by stairs, so I figured I'd just make do for one night."

It's located near the border crossing, and the room was very spacious, clean, and tidy, making it super convenient for getting around. There are lots of restaurants right outside the hotel, and shopping is also very easy. The front desk lady was enthusiastic and proactive with a great attitude. The hotel even has a swimming pool. The room amenities weren't fully stocked, but the overall environment is fantastic. From the room, you can see the beautiful night view of Hekou."

"Perfectly fine for price to performance ratio. Staff are kind and speak english. Checking in was very quick. No elevator. No hair-dryer in room. Bed was comfortable and hot water works. Wifi is strong. Great location. Great for an early train next morning."
