"First, I must commend the hotel staff for their problem-solving attitude; they upgraded our room. However, problems arose as well. Due to unstable water pressure on the higher floor, the adults experienced inconsistent water temperature during our first shower. After reporting this to the front desk, a maintenance worker came several times to adjust the water (kudos to him!), but ultimately couldn't fix it. It wasn't a technical issue on his part, and we didn't dare let the children shower there. The next day, the front desk proactively called and moved us to a lower floor. Although the water temperature was still a bit unstable, it was much better than the first night. The hotel also provided breakfast for the children for two days. I don't usually leave bad reviews, and the hotel was very proactive in resolving the issue throughout. However, they really need to improve their water supply system; otherwise, it's just a temporary fix. Also, the piles of clean sheets and trash in the hallways after cleaning were really annoying… I'm grateful to Ctrip for helping me communicate with them; the Ctrip platform is very reliable."

"Our stay was absolutely amazing! The environment is quiet and the ambiance is great. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The biggest surprise was the full-length mirror in the room, perfect for taking photos! "The environment was so-so. The restaurant next to our room was very poorly soundproof. We checked in around 1 PM and ordered a mackerel dumpling, a fried pork dish, and a seafood noodle soup at the restaurant on the first floor. The prices weren't cheap. We sat near the ordering area, and the waiter was impatient and irritable, complaining that we were too far from the bar to get our cutlery. The cutlery wasn't even properly cleaned, let alone disinfected. Their attitude was terrible! We booked a double room, but it was actually two single beds pushed together, which was very uncomfortable due to the gap in the middle! The afternoon tea and late-night snack included in the booking were never provided. I will never stay at this hotel again!!!"

"This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Shandong! We originally booked a newly renovated room, but the formaldehyde smell was a bit strong. The front desk immediately sent someone to show us to an older room, which was still well-maintained and not outdated. I'm sure the new rooms will be even more comfortable in a few months. The bedding was all made of latex, and I slept incredibly well! The hotel's breakfast is truly one of the most extensive buffets I've seen in all of China, with unlimited ice cream – though I did notice it was Yili brand tubs. "
