"Nice stones on the room wall. Temperature at room 16°C. Heating system is to noisy, can not heat the roome and sleep. I do not recomend. Hotel charge the payment in booking day and aditionaly charge refoundable 200 CNY deposit on check in day. After chack out, the hotel staff keep caling me and ask pay room fee again becouse they refound payment which they hold from booking day."

"First, I must commend the hotel staff for their problem-solving attitude; they upgraded our room. However, problems arose as well. Due to unstable water pressure on the higher floor, the adults experienced inconsistent water temperature during our first shower. After reporting this to the front desk, a maintenance worker came several times to adjust the water (kudos to him!), but ultimately couldn't fix it. It wasn't a technical issue on his part, and we didn't dare let the children shower there. The next day, the front desk proactively called and moved us to a lower floor. Although the water temperature was still a bit unstable, it was much better than the first night. The hotel also provided breakfast for the children for two days. I don't usually leave bad reviews, and the hotel was very proactive in resolving the issue throughout. However, they really need to improve their water supply system; otherwise, it's just a temporary fix. Also, the piles of clean sheets and trash in the hallways after cleaning were really annoying… I'm grateful to Ctrip for helping me communicate with them; the Ctrip platform is very reliable."

"在萊州住了好幾家酒店，住的基本上都是這個價位的，但是這家是性價比比較低的，現在這個社會拼的還是服務態度，首先前台服務有點冷漠，不是微笑服務。值得肯定的是屋子裡送的飲料水茶包咖啡包。再就是那麼大的酒店衹有一個普通的洗衣機，竟然沒有烘乾機。而且還是用雕牌小包洗衣粉洗衣服。早餐8點50去的，好多盤子都空了，孩子喜歡的甜點也衹剩下兩種，一直沒有補充。這個價位體驗感衹能説是一般吧。"

We sat near the ordering area, and the waiter was impatient and irritable, complaining that we were too far from the bar to get our cutlery. The cutlery wasn't even properly cleaned, let alone disinfected. Their attitude was terrible! We booked a double room, but it was actually two single beds pushed together, which was very uncomfortable due to the gap in the middle! The afternoon tea and late-night snack included in the booking were never provided. I will never stay at this hotel again!!!"
