I’m sorry that I didn’t catch his name. He spoke excellent English, so there were no communication difficulties at all, and he made the entire check-in process smooth and comfortable. Having a staff member who can communicate so fluently in English is a great advantage for international guests. His friendly and professional service left a very positive impression on us . Xu Tingting at the breakfast restaurant was also very kind and welcoming, with a lovely smile. It was very convenient to have meals or go shopping at Wanda Plaza and then return to the hotel to rest. The morning market downstairs is early. It is about 5 o'clock. It is basically not affected by closing the windows. If you want to, you can get up early to buy some fruit and cucumbers on the road. "Back in Qiqihar for business, my first choice is still Hemei. The service is consistently excellent. The front desk upgraded my room, and check-in was super fast since I arrived in the afternoon. I went to the Chinese restaurant and had a bowl of 'dalu mian' and tomato and egg noodles – tasted just like home, and only about ten yuan! The next day, I was back at the Chinese restaurant for lunch. I needed to sort out some documents, and since I had already checked out, they found me a private room. The dishes were outstanding as always, and the value for money was unbeatable. After lunch, with my documents ready, I went to the hotel entrance and bought some of their homemade braised chicken, pig trotters, and other marinated goodies – absolutely delicious! In short, whenever I go to Qiqihar, Hemei is still my top pick."

"The overall environment is decent, but the facilities are not great. The service QR code in the room has been inactive for a long time and isn't maintained. There's an empty holder above the sink, with the other bottle being lotion; I'm not sure what was in the empty one. The room was clean but not soundproof. Around 12:35 AM, I heard people talking loudly and slamming doors in the hallway. Then, after 4 AM, the mini-fridge suddenly lit up, which I'm not sure if it was a malfunction or a power cycle, so I recommend checking it. The breakfast had a lot of variety but didn't taste good, especially the hot milk – I took one sip and spit it out. The only good service I experienced was when my companion wasn't around, and I went to the front desk to ask for the door to be opened; the staff member helped me get a new room key card. However, it would be helpful if they could train staff to automatically provide two key cards when 2-3 people are checking in."

"The hotel is newly opened, and the room smelled terrible, so I had to open the window to air it out. The room was poorly cleaned, and the staff were lazy and made excuses, which was unpleasant. The breakfast was lackluster, and what was most unbearable was that several chefs would come out and eat with the guests during breakfast, picking and choosing food at the counter. It was such a bizarre sight; I've never encountered anything like it in all my hotel stays. When I complained to the staff, their responses were very perfunctory. The room facilities were inadequate; bath towels and hand towels were even draped in the toilet because there were no wall shelves in the bathroom. Five-star hotel prices, three-star facilities, and two-star management."

The amenities cover all the little details. The laundry room is a huge plus, especially during this rainy season! "The hotel's location is quite good, very close to Longsha Park Night Market, a 5-minute drive. It's about a 40-minute drive to Zhalong. The triple room I booked wasn't large, and the bathroom wasn't a separate shower and toilet, which was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was around 8 am, and it got quite crowded, so finding a seat was difficult; the selection was decent. There are three small parking lots in front of the hotel—in front, underground, and in the backyard. Parking was relatively convenient during the National Day holiday, making it suitable for those driving."
