Cheap Hotels in Qiqihar

"Excellent Location and Wonderful Service. I would especially like to thank the tall gentleman wearing glasses who assisted us at the front desk during check-in. I’m sorry that I didn’t catch his name. He spoke excellent English, so there were no communication difficulties at all, and he made the entire check-in process smooth and comfortable. Having a staff member who can communicate so fluently in English is a great advantage for international guests. His friendly and professional service left a very positive impression on us . Xu Tingting at the breakfast restaurant was also very kind and welcoming, with a lovely smile. The staff members who cleared the dishes from the tables were equally friendly and attentive, which made our breakfast experience even more pleasant. The hotel’s location is excellent. It was very convenient to have meals or go shopping at Wanda Plaza and then return to the hotel to rest. There are also many good restaurants nearby, and the museum and department stores are within easy reach, making this an ideal location for exploring Qiqihar. We were very satisfied with both the convenient location and the warm service. In particular, the excellent English and professional assistance provided by the gentleman at the front desk made our stay much more comfortable and left us with an especially positive impression of the hotel."

Convenient location and convenient travel. The bathroom has no smell and the hot water supply is stable. The overall environment is quiet, the price is good, the next trip will consider staying, recommended choice."

"The service is very thoughtful, the staff is very enthusiastic, which makes me feel very warm. I will choose to stay next time. The room has a wide view, bright sunshine, and comfortable beds. It is very convenient to go out to the bus stop. The room is clean and sanitary. I like it😍😍"

"This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, especially since my trip was a last-minute affair. I hadn't prepared much and wasn't expecting anything special, but upon arrival, the front desk check-in was incredibly efficient and the staff were warm and welcoming with big smiles. After checking in, they thoughtfully provided disposable face towels and bath towels. The room had everything you could possibly need, and in addition to water, there was also specialty Schneeberger. A Tmall Genie in the room was a godsend for lazy people. The room also thoughtfully included small clips and makeup remover. At check-out, the front desk even offered mooncakes. While I didn't take them, the gesture was very much appreciated!"

"This hotel is great for family trips! There's a restaurant on-site, and it's conveniently located near the high-speed rail station for easy travel. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the breakfast spread was extensive. Plus, they have facilities for kids, making it an excellent choice for families."

"Must recommend to everyone! As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was attracted by its grand and exquisite appearance. As you step into the lobby, the warm lighting and elegant decoration make you feel comfortable. The staff are enthusiastic and thoughtful. Check-in is fast and efficient, and they also kindly introduce the surrounding attractions and food. The layout of the room is just what I want! The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and I can sleep well until dawn. The bathroom was clean and tidy with good quality toiletries. The view from the room was also great, with a beautiful view of the city. The hotel's dining is also excellent. The breakfast has a wide variety of dishes, including Chinese and Western food, and the taste is amazing. The restaurant has an elegant environment and the service staff are always available. The location of the hotel is very advantageous, with convenient transportation and close to shopping malls and attractions. It is very convenient for shopping or sightseeing. This stay was great, I have decided to come back next time! I really recommend it to everyone, you will never be disappointed if you stay here!"

"The location is great, close to everything, and dining is convenient. There's a beautiful lake right outside. The rooms are spacious, clean, and hygienic. The front desk service is warm and attentive, truly making you feel at home. They are proactive, friendly, and detail-oriented, especially 'Xiao Mao'. The only minor downside is that the soundproofing is a bit poor."

"The hotel is newly opened, and the room smelled terrible, so I had to open the window to air it out. The room was poorly cleaned, and the staff were lazy and made excuses, which was unpleasant. The breakfast was lackluster, and what was most unbearable was that several chefs would come out and eat with the guests during breakfast, picking and choosing food at the counter. It was such a bizarre sight; I've never encountered anything like it in all my hotel stays. When I complained to the staff, their responses were very perfunctory. The room facilities were inadequate; bath towels and hand towels were even draped in the toilet because there were no wall shelves in the bathroom. Five-star hotel prices, three-star facilities, and two-star management."

"The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with high-end and luxurious decor. The lobby and hallways are perfect for photos. Breakfast is rich and delicious, and the afternoon tea is both beautiful and tasty. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were quick, and their responses were prompt. We received a free room upgrade; the room was quite spacious with smart controls, clean, comfortable, and quiet, with good soundproofing. Parking was convenient, and disposable amenities were well-stocked. Coincidentally, we happened to be there during a scheduled power outage for maintenance by the local power company. The power was off for an entire day, from around 8 AM until after 6 PM. A power outage notice was issued five days in advance, but the hotel did not inform guests beforehand nor did they have any contingency plans. Room phones were unusable, the front desk phone couldn't be reached, and the WeChat housekeeper was unreachable, likely due to a computer login issue. Laundry was soaking in the machine all day. Guests on higher floors had to climb stairs, which was inconvenient for those with mobility issues. The smart-controlled curtains couldn't be opened, and the toilet couldn't be flushed. After power was restored, the Wi-Fi was not working properly, and there was no signal for digital TV. The hotel offered no compensation for any of this."

"The hotel's location is quite good, very close to Longsha Park Night Market, a 5-minute drive. It's about a 40-minute drive to Zhalong. The triple room I booked wasn't large, and the bathroom wasn't a separate shower and toilet, which was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was around 8 am, and it got quite crowded, so finding a seat was difficult; the selection was decent. There are three small parking lots in front of the hotel—in front, underground, and in the backyard. Parking was relatively convenient during the National Day holiday, making it suitable for those driving."
