"We stayed for a few days and gave positive reviews, but I have to complain about the hotel. Some of the so-called leaders lacked problem-solving skills, even worse than ordinary staff. We complained to the hotel that after breakfast, when we returned to our room, we suddenly saw someone coming out of our room. When we asked him why he hadn't greeted us before entering, he said he was checking for a leak. This was a bit baffling. I asked who he was, and he said he was a security guard. When we asked if there was a room mix-up—was it Building A or Building B?—he said he didn't know. We seriously suspected it was a thief, as he wasn't wearing a uniform or a name tag. When we complained to the hotel, the woman there said it was a minor matter and went on to boast about how good the hotel was. I said, ”Couldn't they at least call ahead before entering the room? If everyone can freely enter and leave a guest's room, what kind of security is that?” They never seemed to have any ill intentions towards us. We were originally planning to stay, but we checked out immediately."

"When driving to Shiping Ancient Town, there's free parking available. The hotel room faces the Yunnan Meter-Gauge Shiping Station, offering a nice environment and good cleanliness. The front desk service was excellent. There are many delicious food options within the ancient town, and visiting the Laihe Pavilion and Confucius Temple is also very interesting. I originally booked for two nights but had to check out early due to unforeseen circumstances. Here are some downsides: ① There's no breakfast, and if you wake up early, there are no places to eat nearby (Yunnan locals tend to wake up late). ② The electrical outlets in the room are older flat-pin types, which can't accommodate modern safe small appliances like two-pin cylindrical razors, massage guns, or water flossers."

"Really Amway Caiyunju, definitely the biggest surprise of this trip! The homestay is located in the ancient city. The location is unique. You can go shopping in the old street when you go out. It is not used to go back and forth. It is especially convenient to travel. The room hygiene is impeccable, the whole house is spotless, and the corners are cleaned. The bedding is dry and soft, and the cleanliness is better than most star hotels. You can sleep well when you lie down. The pricing is really fair, zero invisible consumption throughout the whole process, and the price/performance ratio is directly full. We traveled by car and took the initiative to park the car outside the paid parking space, and did not occupy the internal parking space of the hotel. After the boss learned that, he took the initiative to refund me the parking fee of 15 yuan. He was really considerate and considered for the guests everywhere. Just after checking out, the landlord chased it out quickly, not only sending a large bag of local specialties, but also carefully handing three bottles of drinking water. The sudden warmth suddenly warmed the whole journey. The location is excellent, clean and in place, affordable, and the owner is simple and enthusiastic.
