"First time in Yuncheng, and Novotel pleasantly surprised us! The front desk, restaurant, and room service were all excellent. Check-in was super quick. We booked two rooms, and they kindly arranged for them to be next to each other. They even gave us lots of snacks and fruit. It was Labor Day, so the hotel was really busy, but they opened an extra restaurant for breakfast during peak hours, which was great. The service there was just as good, showing their excellent contingency planning for busy times.
