"I've stayed at the Pacific Hotel Yuyao many times. It's located along the Yaojiang River, and I really enjoy my daily walks along the river. The hotel service is consistently excellent, much more professional than many newly built five-star hotels, especially when it comes to the small details. The breakfast is particularly abundant and features many local Yuyao specialties, which is very comforting as a descendant of Yuyao. All the staff are very friendly and always willing to help. It's my top choice when visiting Yuyao; it would be even better if they had larger family rooms."

"The hotel generally looks quite beautiful with its garden-style rooms! However, there are still some details that need improvement! 1. Upon entering the hotel, the security guard hands you a business card (see Fig. 1) and tells you to turn right after crossing the bridge. There are no other signs along the way, so if it's your first time, good luck finding the lobby. Fig. 5 shows the lobby, with a 'Lobby' sign taped to the door. Fig. 2 was taken in the lobby. 2. The room also has some poorly designed elements. My room was on the first floor. The windows have three layers: the outermost is a wooden window with a lock, which blocks out light. The second layer is a screen window without a lock. The third layer, inside the room, is a glass window, also without a lock. There are curtains between the second and third layers of windows. What do I do if I want to lock the window but also want ventilation or light? The door has a similar issue. The upper half of the door has glass panels. There are floor-length curtains behind the door inside the room, but if you draw the curtains, you can't open or close the door. If you need to leave at night, you have to turn off the lights! Also, the bathroom doesn't provide anti-slip mats. In winter, the floor can be quite cold when you step on it! Additionally, many of the showerhead nozzles were clogged! I won't even mention other minor details like the creaking door. 3. The buffet breakfast seems to be over a hundred per person, but there isn't much variety! And they don't replenish the food quickly enough. Breakfast is open until 10 AM. My wife arrived around 8 AM and got six or seven types of pastries. When I went ten minutes later, only four were left. By around 9:20 AM, there was only a small bottle of yogurt or cheese-like item left! They didn't replenish anything else until 9:40 AM when we left the restaurant! The hotel's location is also very remote! I probably won't be going back!!"

I called the front desk and said there was some renovation upstairs and asked the property to stop it. They said they would tell the boss! Then maybe the boss didn't have enough face.
