"Hotel facilities and services are very good. However, one thing is not very friendly to guests who are not good at English. The Russians who stay at the hotel are not very friendly to the Chinese and do not know where to be confident. It can be seen that the IQ of a person with a big face and a thick neck is not enough."

"We booked this hotel after our initial accommodation in Tallinn was a let down. The location is great, and the ease of check-in digitally was ideal and the hotel is well kept. We were given a room on the 7th floor in the corner (734) Unfortunately that was the end of our comfort, my Husband and I were both woken up at 1:30am to heavy cleaning machinery being used to clean the wellness centre. It was so loud above us, on top of that a lot of banging and other noises whilst they were cleaning. First of all, who cleans a gym wellness centre at 1:30am? I understand it’s a 24 hour centre but surely it would make sense to clean it earlier in the evening? Especially if it’s situated about guest rooms? I called the reception and the lady was trying to convince me that it was the ventilation and that “no one was in the gym”, which was actually confirmed by the manager the next morning that it was in fact the cleaners. We probably won’t be reimbursed in any way by the hotel but if you stay here, request a room not on the 7th floor!"

"Good location near Viru Gate a few steps. Very easy to find and easy access from the bus station by a tram no 4 or 2, then walk a little bit to the hotel. The room is good. The shower is great. Nice staff. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in Tallinn."

"Great location, very close to old town. The room is very clean and modern with Aircon. The breakfast was delicious with wide varieties, including the British classics and local specialities. My booking included access to the water park, it was amazing, never had such a great holiday, definitely recommend coming back again."

"Centrally based, walking dust nce can 15min to tallinn ferry port, 15min to Old city, rimi hypermarkets and other shops nearby, lots of public transport and Bolt scooters. Modern building, Very efficient heating and ventilation, no odours or humidity, cloths dry in 5 hours. The only thing to watch out for is the blanket cover which is open at foot side and relatively short, the bedding is on a firm side, duvet and pillows are feathers"

"Located in the old town, it was incredibly convenient for taking breaks between sightseeing. The bathroom is a bit small, but the water pressure is fine. We were very satisfied with the price, especially since breakfast was included. The building itself is also very charming with its pastel colors."
