The self-service check-in and check-out via machine was smooth, quick, and completely hassle-free — no waiting around at a front desk, which is a huge plus. "We booked this hotel after our initial accommodation in Tallinn was a let down. The location is great, and the ease of check-in digitally was ideal and the hotel is well kept. We were given a room on the 7th floor in the corner (734) Unfortunately that was the end of our comfort, my Husband and I were both woken up at 1:30am to heavy cleaning machinery being used to clean the wellness centre. It was so loud above us, on top of that a lot of banging and other noises whilst they were cleaning. First of all, who cleans a gym wellness centre at 1:30am? I understand it’s a 24 hour centre but surely it would make sense to clean it earlier in the evening? Especially if it’s situated about guest rooms? I called the reception and the lady was trying to convince me that it was the ventilation and that “no one was in the gym”, which was actually confirmed by the manager the next morning that it was in fact the cleaners. We probably won’t be reimbursed in any way by the hotel but if you stay here, request a room not on the 7th floor!"

"The room was spacious and they provided a cot for baby. Although everything was old eg lacquered wood cupboards drawers, bedside tables, it was clean and hotel provided extra pillows. Room was clean so were the bedsheets, toilet etc. taps had hot and cold water, soaps and shampoos, body lotion, provided. Carpeted floor. Service was good and all staff spoke english well. One small lift (fits two big luggage and one adult) for room access but staircase available if you’re hands free."

"Perfect hotel for exploring Tallinn - great location within minutes walk from the downtown, spacious and clean room, public transport is close, hotel offers spa services, port passenger terminals within walking distance, Prisma supermarket 24/7 really close to reach. We will definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Tallinn."

"Good location near Viru Gate a few steps. Very easy to find and easy access from the bus station by a tram no 4 or 2, then walk a little bit to the hotel. The room is good. The shower is great. Nice staff. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in Tallinn."

"Just one night at Mecure Tallin, but really be impressed. Warm welcome by Reception staff ”Margot” she's so cheerful ,sincere, efficient & helpful to assist in checkin & offer big help to us. So my friend & I could be early check-in after a very long hall flight (over 15hrs). Really appreciated. Room is neat & tidy with nice view. Hotel is so close to airport, walking distance around 7mins. A no.2 Bus stop is just a min distance from hotel main door, easy access to the town. Only the bathroom for taking shower is too small, other than that is perfect. Will definitely come stay again next time in Tallin. Thanks Margot's hospitality once again for making our first trip in Tallin a very good beginning & memorable."
