Really enjoyed my stay. Everything is straightforward, great attention to detail including having an adaptor, a yoga mat, sweets, tea and nice coffee, a water bottle, USB C plugs and other smaller bits improving one's life. Wish there were more lockers in the luggage room (all were occupied). Sometimes answering the queries took longer but generally everything is available online.

As many of the other reviews pointed out, the photos of the room were not wholly accurate. My room seemed pretty outdated and was quite dark too. Take note: the curtains do not cover the entire length of the windows, so sunlight flooded the room from 6am in April, so I wouldn’t recommend in the Summer months when daylight is longer. The shower curtain does not go all the way down and water easily escapes so the entire bathroom floor will be wet after you shower. I was very creeped out by the dark ominous hallways with huge room number signs and random music playing at certain times of the day. Other than that, the room was clean enough and I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was a mini fridge and that they changed the towels everyday. There is body soap, shampoo, and conditioner, but when I stayed there was no shampoo or conditioner at all and they didn’t top it up either throughout my stay. I accidentally left behind a card in my room after checking out and politely asked if they could help mail it to the neighbouring city I had moved on to, but they asked 20€ for it which I felt was quite unreasonable and they were rude about it too.

I arrived earlier than check-in time, but the front desk staff were very kind and I was able to leave my luggage smoothly. The room was well-equipped with amenities such as a refrigerator, which was convenient. There were no problems with the cleanliness either.

Guest UserNo kettle no desk, but the design was sleek and modern. They have a free flow coffee machine with hot water dispenser at the lobby, however a but of a pain to trek down for hot water for tea. No slippers provided (ostensibly for sustainability but the tiled bathroom was freezing). Overall very comfortable night’s sleep on the bed however, and the bench seat was the perfect height for me (limited mobility due to hip disability) i would have liked a shelf in the bath to put my own toiletries on and the water temperature fluctuated lots during a shower. The room heater wasn’t terribly warm, overall the room temperature stayed stubbornly at 23 degrees (definitely colder at some spots) and still chilly for tropical natives like me. It was a fairly close walk from the bus terminal (unfortunately the paths were iced over and no one had cleared the ice when I arrived. No cabs available so I had to hoof it over with luggage in tow. Without the spikes I had with me to pull onto my boots, I would have no doubt fallen a few times. The staff were overall pleasant and professional. There’s a map provided of the main attractions as well. If you do succeed at getting a cab, there is a driveway adjacent so the driver can pick you up from the hotel itself. Not too far a walk from the old town - about 20-30 minutes.

The traditional hotel in Tallinn's old town, I like the atmosphere of the hotel very much. It takes about 15 minutes to walk (adult pace) to various attractions in the old town. There is a cafe next to the hotel, with two supermarkets and a McDonald's attached.
The hotel staff took the trouble to answer my questions before check-in (mainly because I couldn't arrive at the hotel before the specified check-in time). There are no toothbrushes, toothpaste and other spare parts in the room, but it does not affect the comfort of the stay. In addition, there is no elevator in the hotel, and people with luggage need to consider themselves.

Stayed here just for one night while hotel hopping in Tallinn with my little family of four. We booked a family room with beautiful by windows and a bath tub. We had one queen bed and a room with two single beds.
Our St. Barbara stay comes with a buffet breakfast. There is not a lot of options but still would offer food for vegans, vegetarian, those on keto, lactose intolerant, and gluten-intolerant diets. This is alright because the stay isn't very expensive.
The check-in is a breeze. It was wonderful to know that our room was ready earlier than official check in time but if it is not, they also offer free luggage storage while you roam around town.
Our room holds a lot of character and clean. The windows give you a sight of the old Tallinn architecture. The only downside for our family if the lack of a bidet/toilet hose in the comfort room.
We're 2 minutes away from the public transport. Also a few minutes away from restaurants, bars, the Old Town. Location is great. We can jump on a bus to the Cruise Terminal so that's very convenient especially while traveling with little children.
Would definitely recommend this hotel to families and couples.

The room is self-check-in, and the entry password will be issued at 1 pm!
So there was no way to store luggage before that!
However, you may be able to contact the hotel in advance with what's app to put your luggage in, but because I didn't expect to even enter the hotel door before, the hotel does not have a counter (yes, the room password and the door password are the same, that is, I will give you in the afternoon) I didn’t manage to leave my luggage, so I just took it.
The hotel is relatively biased. It is about 20 minutes' drive from the center of Tallinn. There is a bus stop at the door. You can take the bus No. 23 directly to the city center/long-distance bus station. However, the train is about 20 minutes. There are fewer buses to choose from. The traffic mobility is a little bit worse.
But other than that, the hotel facilities are very, very good!
With 2 bottles of water, there is a big TV to watch, and the room is very new, the shower hot water is very sufficient, the bathroom is also very spacious, the hot bath is very comfortable!
As if there is plenty of time, and the quality of accommodation is concerned, it is highly recommended overall! (In addition, although the hotel does not have a counter, what's app is very convenient to contact the hotel, and the self-check-in experience is not bad.)

app1234It was very close to Terminal A, so I was glad to be able to get there safely when I arrived on a night flight. There was a Talink hotel next to it, so I had trouble finding the entrance at first, but it turned out they were connected inside. The Express hotel entrance is on the side closest to the old town. It's a short walk from the old town, about five minutes. There are very few places to eat or buy breakfast in the area, so I wish I had included breakfast.
