"Very nice and spacious clean room. I liked how each person got a separate duvet which is perfect for family and friends as you both can keep warm. The bathroom was really clean and modern and I really liked the interior . A desk was provided with a chair too which was so helpful + a leather ledge where you could sot and chill before unwinding and going to bed that day. The self check in process was quite easy as there was many different ways you could check in !"

"Their warm hospitality really makes you feel welcome and makes you want to stay again. I forgot my PJs and they emailed me straight away and even offered to ship them to me. Super grateful for their kindness! Will definitely stay again if I ever visit Tallinn in the future. Hotel location is great too very close to the Old Town and also near the market and the bus station to the harbour if you’re coming by ferry from Helsinki."

"The location is great, it’s at the edge of the old town so most of the places in the city centre are within working distance. Cleanliness can be improved though - there was some long hair in the bed… Breakfast is very basic. I would have expected a bit more in terms of quality of food (eg. Scrabble egg was rubbery, juice was just diluted chemical). But price is reasonable overall."

"I came to run Tallinn Marathon, here is the perfect location in old town, close to marathon start/finish area, attractions, supermarket, shopping mall, bus stop to airport, everything. Also good value in price, recommend !"

"Excellent location: right next and connected to the Viru Keskus mall, and there are bars and a museum in the hotel. The building feels a bit dated (the building walls), but everything else was in excellent condition and looked new and clean. I had a very comfortable stay with a good sleep on the most comfy bed. The only thing I think could be improved is the check-in. The queue moved a bit slow due to each guest having to fill out a form (the standard name, phone, address, signature). I think eliminating this process would speed up check-in for everyone."

"This is the most expensive house I rented during my trip to Europe. It is a four-star hotel, which basically meets the standard. The room is very clean and fully equipped. It is close to the old town and across from the Tallinn Cinema. The front desk service is very thoughtful and enthusiastic, and the breakfast is also good. The bathroom is quite large, with separate wet and dry areas, but the room is small. It would be ok if it could reach 20 to 25 square meters."

"We booked this hotel after our initial accommodation in Tallinn was a let down. The location is great, and the ease of check-in digitally was ideal and the hotel is well kept. We were given a room on the 7th floor in the corner (734) Unfortunately that was the end of our comfort, my Husband and I were both woken up at 1:30am to heavy cleaning machinery being used to clean the wellness centre. It was so loud above us, on top of that a lot of banging and other noises whilst they were cleaning. First of all, who cleans a gym wellness centre at 1:30am? I understand it’s a 24 hour centre but surely it would make sense to clean it earlier in the evening? Especially if it’s situated about guest rooms? I called the reception and the lady was trying to convince me that it was the ventilation and that “no one was in the gym”, which was actually confirmed by the manager the next morning that it was in fact the cleaners. We probably won’t be reimbursed in any way by the hotel but if you stay here, request a room not on the 7th floor!"

"The hotel is centrally located, just in front of the old city wall, which is a UNESCO site. All around plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, gym and coffee shops. The room was spacious, with high ceilings and two big windows. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a large shower. The room on the 4th floor overlooked the hotel parking lot, therefore there was no road traffic. It was overall not noisy. The hotel has a sauna, which you have to pay for (too bad because elsewhere it's included, especially in Scandinavian countries). No other facilities available, e.g. gym or pool."

"Second time booking here and it's a good improvement from our last stay. Some of the morning waitresses are now smiling and greeting us back. Some still don't but this is an improvement from my last review. The check in was smooth but the kids didn't get a coloring book this time 😆 Maybe it was only for first-timers. We got cleaner and better rooms this time probably due to the renovation. The waterpark is still great and clean. We definitely recommend this hotel to families with children and even to peoplw who enjoy swimming, lounging, and saunas. The location is great because it's a hop away from a tram station. Definitely recommend!"
