"The location is really good, 2 minutes walk from Sokodober and 3 minutes walk from the cathedral. The staff is so friendly and listen well if you ask. The refrigerator can be raised to 5 stages, so water and beer can be kept cool. Other hotels are not very cool. There is no control, but here is it. There is little dust and the room is very warm. Breakfast is also satisfactory for the price."

"The hotel is built beneath the city walls, in a medieval European castle style, with a very comfortable lounge every three steps. The receptionist was incredibly kind. We arrived in the morning intending to leave our luggage, but she said there were rooms available and we could check in early—super friendly! The breakfast was also very plentiful and satisfying."

"This hotel offers excellent value for money. Firstly, its location is superb, right next to the long-distance bus station and less than a kilometer from the train station. The elevator to the old town at the top of the hill is just a few hundred meters away. The hotel's facilities are also excellent, with spacious and fully equipped rooms. I especially recommend the Taco Star near the entrance – it's fantastic! Go in the afternoon, even though there's a long queue in the evening."

"The hotel is located next to the Old Pisa Gate, on the left side of the road to the old city, pay attention. The interior of the hotel is beautiful, but the rooms are small and sanitary. The hotel is close to the bus station, about 10 minutes walk, all are slope roads, a bit tired. It's a bit far from the old town. There is a convenience store on the right 200 meters ahead of the hotel, opened by a Chinese, and the proprietress is very nice. Still recommended."

We had a crib provided free of charge. It's a bit far from the old town, but there's easy access and parking."
