"The cleanliness of the room is not up to the standard as many dust on top the bed-rack, not 1 rack is all, I have reported to Reception but seem no action taken, end up we are so much allergic with the dust and we cleaned it up. Room was superb as we booked the room with private Onsen, and we enjoys it. The dinner and breakfast was excellent and overall not much activity from hotel but we did lucky that’s was a fireworks at night time."

Breakfast and dinner are buffets, and the selection is very generous. There are also buffet-style kimbap and kamameshi (rice cooked in a clay pot), which is quite interesting."
