The location is superb — just a short walk from Furano Station and within easy reach of restaurants, shops, and local attractions, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient The hotel itself is modern, spotless, and well-designed, with comfortable and cozy rooms that made coming back after a day of sightseeing so relaxing. The onsen facilities were a highlight — both the public and private hot springs are beautifully maintained, and soaking with views of the surrounding mountains was unforgettable. *********** I also loved the extra thoughtful touches: complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby, free late-night ramen, and even massage chairs made our stay feel truly special. "The hotel staff welcomed us kindly and guided us through the check in process upon arrival. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice toilet inside. The hotel provides a small public onsen (hot spring bath) for stayers. Near the entrance was a spacious resting area where you can chill and work, provided with comfy sofa and free matcha. I personally enjoyed the area and worked for a few hours there, it was quite a relaxing experience. Overall would recommend."

"Facilities: The hot spring is quite small, so you need to check the QR code for crowdedness to plan your visit. Hygiene: Excellent. Environment: Beautiful and perfect. You can gaze at the Tokachidake mountain range in the distance, and the Ningle Terrace and Garden of Wind are close by. Service: I received a bunch of discount coupons that were completely useless. There were long queues at the buffet restaurant during peak hours."

"Although the room isn't huge, it has everything you need. There's space under the bed for luggage, so even the most basic room, despite being small, doesn't feel cramped. There's a decently long and wide desk for putting things on, and the windowsill is also quite wide, so you can draw the curtains and use it to display your souvenirs for photos. The wardrobe area for hanging clothes is also very spacious and deep! Even though the room isn't big, the bathroom is still plenty spacious and doesn't feel tight. We went to the hot springs an hour before closing, but it was still incredibly clean and tidy. Even if the parking spots in front of the hotel are full, there are other parking options available for guests."

"Location is prime as close to JR station but I rented a car, and there’s free parking available next to the premise under the hotel’s. Self checked in with the help of the front desk. Room is just fit for 2 people to stay. I went during spring so the surrounding is very quiet. Hotel offers 2 types of breakfast, Japanese and Western. Need to pre-order a night before if you would like to get Japanese breakfast."

"Stayed two nights at this hostel. The room was clean and quite spacious. We were a little surprised that we had to put on the bed sheet liners ourselves, but we understood that it is part of the hostel’s culture and regulations, so it was fine for us. The shared toilets were clean and well maintained for all guests. However, the main disappointment was that the hostel’s air conditioning was not working properly on the second night, unlike the first night. The room became very humid and stuffy, making it difficult for us to fall asleep even after informing the hostel reception."

"The hotel offers complimentary alcoholic beverages daily. The breakfast is quite good, especially with the wide variety of milk options. The room is spacious and very new. The only downside is that the parking lot is a bit far, so I recommend dropping off your luggage first before parking, as dragging it through the snow in winter can be a hassle. The hotel is close to Kitanomine Ski Resort, and there's a shuttle bus available in the morning."

"This was my second stay at Edel Warme, my previous one being in 2024. Both times were excellent. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable (my husband and I each had a bed, leaving the other two beds for clothes and luggage). What I particularly love is the hotel lobby's decor and setup. Every day after skiing, I'd sit by the fireplace in the Lobby Lounge, enjoying a coffee and relaxing. This visit brought back those wonderful memories from two years ago. Although, the lobby decor has changed; it's now more youthful and vibrant, moving away from its previous elegant and understated style. The breakfast has also seen quite a few changes. There are fewer options than before, but the food is much more refined and unique, tasting delicious. They also offer many local Furano specialties, including sauces and jams, which was very satisfying. This time I only stayed for two nights. The staff informed me that they wouldn't clean the room (which I agreed with). If I wanted to use the onsen, I needed to bring towels from my room, and fresh towels for the second day would be left outside the door. However, after skiing on the second day, I found no towels outside my door. Luckily, I had brought my towel back to the room after my first onsen visit, as there was no designated spot to collect towels in the onsen area. Despite this, I still really love Edel Warme, so I'm giving it a perfect score."

"1. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Kitanomine ski resort, just across the street. Ski rentals are available directly at the hotel, and there's a very enthusiastic young man from Taiwan who works there. The prices are also the cheapest, highly recommended. 2. Transportation: There's a direct bus from New Chitose Airport that stops right at the hotel entrance, making it a seamless journey. The bus stop for Biei and Asahikawa is directly opposite the hotel's main entrance, with a direct Lavender Bus service that accommodates luggage. 3. Dining: We booked breakfast and dinner. Breakfast has a 1-hour limit, and dinner has a 90-minute limit. Both breakfast and dinner were very rich and plentiful. Dinner even included BBQ, though the dishes didn't change daily. Beer and sake were all-you-can-drink. 4. Entertainment: The hotel offers free 24-hour beverage machines. There are also scheduled times daily for roasted marshmallows, baked potatoes, cookies, and beer time, which the kids really enjoyed. There's also a children's play area. 5. Room: We had a triple room. The room wasn't very big and was a bit dated, but the heating was excellent. 6. Onsen (Hot Spring): There are two pools, one at room temperature and one at 40 degrees Celsius. It was quiet and not crowded."

"We stayed here for our sightseeing trip to Furano. The hotel is situated on a small hill, offering wonderful views of the surroundings. It was a very relaxing and tranquil place to unwind. We especially enjoyed unwinding from our travels in the open-air and communal baths. The room was kept very clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. All the staff were incredibly kind, which made our experience even more pleasant. Its convenient access to Furano attractions and ski resorts makes it an ideal base for exploring the area. I would definitely love to stay here again if I have the chance to visit Furano in the future."
