"I took the ”Furano Biei Romantic Flower Tour” sightseeing bus at 8 AM, enjoyed the journey, and arrived at the last stop, the Shin Furano Prince Hotel's Ningle Terrace, around 4 PM. I got off there and checked directly into the Prince Hotel. This was a pre-planned arrangement based on my detailed research, saving me money, time, and hassle. After checking in, I booked the 8 PM buffet and then headed to the famous Garden of Wind. The scenery along the way was absolutely beautiful, and I even saw two deer. However, the Garden of Wind was a bit far from the hotel; it took me about an hour to walk there and back. By the time I got there, it was already closed, so I could only walk around the outside of the wire fence (which seemed to be electrified) to admire the small Garden of Wind. Then I returned to Ningle Terrace to continue my interrupted exploration. Since it was still early, I sat down for a coffee at the ”Mori no Tokei” (Forest Clock) cafe before leisurely heading back to the hotel. The evening buffet was incredibly rich, featuring hand-rolled sushi and king crab legs. I ordered a carafe of sake and slowly savored my dinner. After dinner, I went to Shisai-no-Yu to enjoy the hot spring. The next morning, I had planned to take the nearby cable car up the mountain for sightseeing, but there was fog on the mountain, and I knew I wouldn't see anything, so I gave up. Instead, I returned to the hotel and enjoyed another hot spring. After checking out, I took the Asahikawa Line bus to Furano Station to continue my journey. If the timing is right, taking this Asahikawa Line bus is very convenient as it can take you to Furano, or Nakafurano, Kamifurano, Biei, and finally to Asahikawa. However, the buses are infrequent, with only about one every hour. You'll need to check their timetable. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and the fare from the hotel to Furano Station is 260 yen."

"This was my second stay at Edel Warme, my previous one being in 2024. Both times were excellent. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable (my husband and I each had a bed, leaving the other two beds for clothes and luggage). What I particularly love is the hotel lobby's decor and setup. Every day after skiing, I'd sit by the fireplace in the Lobby Lounge, enjoying a coffee and relaxing. This visit brought back those wonderful memories from two years ago. Although, the lobby decor has changed; it's now more youthful and vibrant, moving away from its previous elegant and understated style. The breakfast has also seen quite a few changes. There are fewer options than before, but the food is much more refined and unique, tasting delicious. They also offer many local Furano specialties, including sauces and jams, which was very satisfying. This time I only stayed for two nights. The staff informed me that they wouldn't clean the room (which I agreed with). If I wanted to use the onsen, I needed to bring towels from my room, and fresh towels for the second day would be left outside the door. However, after skiing on the second day, I found no towels outside my door. Luckily, I had brought my towel back to the room after my first onsen visit, as there was no designated spot to collect towels in the onsen area. Despite this, I still really love Edel Warme, so I'm giving it a perfect score."

"I had an absolutely fantastic time at La Vista Furano Hills! The location is superb — just a short walk from Furano Station and within easy reach of restaurants, shops, and local attractions, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient The hotel itself is modern, spotless, and well-designed, with comfortable and cozy rooms that made coming back after a day of sightseeing so relaxing. The onsen facilities were a highlight — both the public and private hot springs are beautifully maintained, and soaking with views of the surrounding mountains was unforgettable. *********** I also loved the extra thoughtful touches: complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby, free late-night ramen, and even massage chairs made our stay feel truly special. "The staff provided excellent and attentive service throughout our stay. The onsen was wonderful and relaxing to soak in. We happened to visit during their complimentary free wine bottle, which was a fantastic bonus that allowed us to sample some great local wine!"

"Stayed two nights at this hostel. The room was clean and quite spacious. We were a little surprised that we had to put on the bed sheet liners ourselves, but we understood that it is part of the hostel’s culture and regulations, so it was fine for us. The shared toilets were clean and well maintained for all guests. However, the main disappointment was that the hostel’s air conditioning was not working properly on the second night, unlike the first night. The room became very humid and stuffy, making it difficult for us to fall asleep even after informing the hostel reception."

"1. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Kitanomine ski resort, just across the street. Ski rentals are available directly at the hotel, and there's a very enthusiastic young man from Taiwan who works there. The prices are also the cheapest, highly recommended. 2. Transportation: There's a direct bus from New Chitose Airport that stops right at the hotel entrance, making it a seamless journey. The bus stop for Biei and Asahikawa is directly opposite the hotel's main entrance, with a direct Lavender Bus service that accommodates luggage. 3. Dining: We booked breakfast and dinner. Breakfast has a 1-hour limit, and dinner has a 90-minute limit. Both breakfast and dinner were very rich and plentiful. Dinner even included BBQ, though the dishes didn't change daily. Beer and sake were all-you-can-drink. 4. Entertainment: The hotel offers free 24-hour beverage machines. There are also scheduled times daily for roasted marshmallows, baked potatoes, cookies, and beer time, which the kids really enjoyed. There's also a children's play area. 5. Room: We had a triple room. The room wasn't very big and was a bit dated, but the heating was excellent. 6. Onsen (Hot Spring): There are two pools, one at room temperature and one at 40 degrees Celsius. It was quiet and not crowded."

"The hotel offers complimentary alcoholic beverages daily. The breakfast is quite good, especially with the wide variety of milk options. The room is spacious and very new. The only downside is that the parking lot is a bit far, so I recommend dropping off your luggage first before parking, as dragging it through the snow in winter can be a hassle. The hotel is close to Kitanomine Ski Resort, and there's a shuttle bus available in the morning."

"Brand new, modern hotel with everything u need for an escape to the Furano countryside. A small shop, a bakery, an excellent restaurant, an onsen/spa, a small functional gym with dumbbells up to 20kg, a bench and a cable machine. The room was superbly furnished and spacious. The staff were friendly and fluent in English. Breakfast was good enough for its price. I will definitely return to this hotel if i revisit Furano again"

"This hotel use the self check in system. However they don't remind guest about the check out time so I am never informed about the check out time. Finally the last day, the receptionist just came to my door at 10:00 and told me I need to pay. I was shocked and asked politely about not charging extra money and got out the room at 10:20. They finally still needed to charge me 2000 Yan. I requested to have the price list and all policies about the check in and check out. THE MAN RECEPTIONIST CAME INTO MY ROOM AND SHOWED ME THE BOOKLET. ONLY ME AND HIM IN THE ROOM, THEN HE SHOUTED AT ME IN JAPANESE RUDELY !!!! I have the right to understand all the pricing and information although I have time exceed, I can pay however I don't deserve the bad attitude of their hotel service. It is the WORST STAY EVER in my life. The time was 31st Dec 10:30 a.m. when he shouted at me. SHAME ON HIM AND THE HOTEL."

"2nd time staying at this hotel. Location is a few km from town centre, but not an issue if you are driving as it takes only a few minutes. Room is spacious and clean. Lounge service provided for all staying guests, which included manual DIY grinding coffee and local wine. A pity this time round, breakfast does not serve Dutch Baby (pancake with DIY toppings), which we truly enjoyed during the last visit."
