"We visited in September 2026. Great hotel with great Onsen and spacious room for a couple. It has great breakfast that is if Dormy Inn’s tradition. Coffee, Hot water and Juices at the Lobby. Ice cream at the hot bath floor on the 9th. Light ramen for the hungry from 10-11pm. There are also many washing machines for your laundry for free! Now on Onsen, it has a spectacular view of the mountains ranges either outdoor or indoor. The morning bath is the most therapeutic for me watching the fog, the sunrise and the mountain in motion naturally. It has ample free parking lots. Only the parking lots beside the hotel are limited. We love it!"

They willingly offered to let me check in an hour earlier as the room is already cleaned and ready - something which most other hotels refuse to do at zero fee. Excellent location close to the Furano train/bus station, with a supermart and a pharmacy close by. And an awesome lamb shabu place at the back of the hotel. "The staff and service were very nice. They planned my taxi trip from the hotel to Farm Tomita and then to the airport so I could spend time in the lavender fields. Another great thing to mention is their excellent English skills, and they also speak German, Korean, and Chinese. This is just what I observed personally. They booked a great dinner for me and contacted me via WhatsApp. Thanks! The room was clean, modern, and comfy. Nothing more to say. I am pretty picky (having always stayed in 5-star hotels only), but I can say that this one is probably the best in this geographically remote area, as there are no 5-star options that would satisfy my taste"

"Fantastic place to stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the onsen was very enjoyable. Staff were polite and welcoming throughout our stay. I particularly liked the welcome drinks area, which is open daily with some light snacks and drinks, including local wine. It is a nice place to relax after a full day out. Dinner also comes with a curated main course, which was exceptionally good. My only small complaint is that the buffet selection for both breakfast and dinner was largely the same each day. By the third day, it started to feel quite repetitive. One of my favourite parts of the hotel was the common area and outdoor space. There is a fireplace where you can buy marshmallows from the hotel shop and toast them over the fire — a great way to wind down at the end of the day. We visited during summer, so we also spent time outdoors playing with sparklers. I can imagine the atmosphere being even better in winter, sitting indoors around the wood-burning fireplace after coming in from the cold. Overall, a very enjoyable and memorable stay, especially for families or anyone looking for a relaxing base in Furano."

"1. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Kitanomine ski resort, just across the street. Ski rentals are available directly at the hotel, and there's a very enthusiastic young man from Taiwan who works there. The prices are also the cheapest, highly recommended. 2. Transportation: There's a direct bus from New Chitose Airport that stops right at the hotel entrance, making it a seamless journey. The bus stop for Biei and Asahikawa is directly opposite the hotel's main entrance, with a direct Lavender Bus service that accommodates luggage. 3. Dining: We booked breakfast and dinner. Breakfast has a 1-hour limit, and dinner has a 90-minute limit. Both breakfast and dinner were very rich and plentiful. Dinner even included BBQ, though the dishes didn't change daily. Beer and sake were all-you-can-drink. 4. Entertainment: The hotel offers free 24-hour beverage machines. There are also scheduled times daily for roasted marshmallows, baked potatoes, cookies, and beer time, which the kids really enjoyed. There's also a children's play area. 5. Room: We had a triple room. The room wasn't very big and was a bit dated, but the heating was excellent. 6. Onsen (Hot Spring): There are two pools, one at room temperature and one at 40 degrees Celsius. It was quiet and not crowded."
