"I had read other reviews before booking, but I still couldn't believe how unreasonable the check-in process was. Two days prior, I had already replied to their email with the number of guests and our ID details, and was told that upon arrival, I should use the provided tablet to scan the QR code attached in the email for confirmation. However, when I got there, there was no tablet outside the door. Panicked, I was lucky to meet a local who lent me their phone so I could contact customer service. It turns out that after a successful check-in, you're supposed to receive a 4-digit door code; otherwise, you can't get in! So why wasn't this mentioned at all in the confirmation email? Apparently, the tablet is actually inside the room, but you need a 4-digit door code to get into the room in the first place!"

"The hotel is about 1.5 km from the Kisarazu Kaneda Bus Terminal, so it's not a particularly convenient location. The laundry fee was higher than what was displayed on the TV in the room, and I had to pay about 700 yen for one wash and dry. However, the room was clean, and the bath was comfortable. The breakfast selection was limited, but sufficient, so overall I would definitely visit again."

"The entire hotel has an elegant impression. Breakfast was buffet-style, and we enjoyed both Japanese and Western dishes. The menu has changed slightly, but everything was delicious. I especially recommend the waffles. There was a casual dress code, so we prepared accordingly. There is also a pool, and although there is a fee, we went in with our family. There is an age-restricted area. Swim caps are required, but they were available to borrow (free of charge). There is a microwave near the front desk. The room was spacious, and even with the air conditioning on, it was comfortable and didn't dry out (it was early July). They replenished water and amenities (other than basic cosmetics), which was very helpful. Everyone was very kind and helpful. As it is a hotel in the middle of nature, there are insects."
