"Next to a mall. Convenient for meals. And some shopping . A pity there's no public bath. Coin laundry available. . Staff service is fine. Except when I checked in. I got a lady staff coughing non stop and trying to explain to me the check in details.. she was not wearing a mask. That's not nice and I was upset. But had to cover my nose and mouth with a tissue paper. As I was caught suddenly facing a coughing staff. And didn't have time to pull out my medical.mask. Parking was convenient. Drive to the small parking space behind the hotel. And you will be guided to use the special car lift to park car. Don't need to use the public multi storey car park.next door."

The bathroom and shower were separated, and the bathroom facilities were clean. The room was compact but comfortable. They offered unique services, such as free beer and highballs from 5 PM to 8 PM, which was a refreshing change. The dining area was also cleaned frequently and was very tidy. The low price and included breakfast were also appreciated."

"The location is right next to the station and there is free parking behind the hotel, which is convenient for both rides and self-driving. The room size is moderate, the big bath is very comfortable, the most amazing is the breakfast, very delicious, first provide a small dish of Jiugongge per person, each is delicious, there are fresh fried eggs, French toast. There are many restaurants nearby and the ias shopping center is also nearby."

"The room was impeccably clean in every corner. The room was fully equipped with all necessary amenities: a microwave, air purifier, air freshener, and a hot water heater in the bathroom. The space was ample, and there was even a small freezer big enough to hold a bag of ice from a convenience store. For this price, and considering it's a self-check-in rural motel, the surprisingly complete facilities and cleanliness were a pleasant surprise. Very satisfied."

"The hotel is really great! Although the staff at the front desk can only communicate in basic English, they have a very good attitude and are very enthusiastic. "The hotel is near the Tsukuba Research Institute Station, and it takes 2 minutes to walk out of the station. Hygienic: very clean and tidy, no smell, instant smoking room no smell, very good! Environment: The surrounding area is very quiet, the curtains are very good for shading, the sound insulation is very good, and the rest is very good. Facilities: There are disposable razors, tea bags, shower caps and toner sets on the first floor, as well as microwave ovens. If you buy a lunch, you can eat on the first floor.
