This is one of the best hotel I have stayed in Japan within reasonable prices. I was visiting Center for computational science, Tsukuba University. The shuttle service of the hotel is very nice and convenient. If you are visiting KEK this hotel is also perfect. The one thing I love about the hotel is the public bath and the Sauna. One thing is missing is the public bus information. That is a bit confusing if you are travelling from the Tsukuba center.

The hotel is near the Tsukuba Research Institute Station, and it takes 2 minutes to walk out of the station. Hygienic: very clean and tidy, no smell, instant smoking room no smell, very good! Although it's a 20-minute walk from the station, the parking lot is spacious and there are many restaurants nearby. I could see Mount Tsukuba from my room window. The bathroom and shower were separated, and the bathroom facilities were clean. The room was compact but comfortable.
