Luckily, a car was provided for the return trip, which was convenient. I was initially surprised that some amenities were missing, but after messaging the hotel concierge on WhatsApp, they were immediately brought to my room. Thank you."

"Strategic location & sangat convenient untuk family stay.. stay apartment room no 307.. ada 7 adult, 1 kid.. best sangat! Breakfast pun okay, plenty of parking, ada lif walaupun bangunan 3 tingkat which is sangat bagus! Front house pun very welcoming.. cumaa kalau ada nak minta improve maybe on water heater jeee.. dia kejap sejuk kejap panas.. overall our stay definitely worth every penny 😍"

"Its nice view but upon check in at 6pm, the bedsheets is dirty and i had to wait more than 30mins for the staff to ocme and change to new one. The sink are not functioning well, leaking. The wall of the bathroom is very dirty and mushy. Lucky i only stay for 1night."

"Front dest staff was nice. Parking was ample and easy. Convenient location with nearby attractions. However Room was unimaginably dirty. Got lipstick stain and bloods on the sheet. I kid you not, bloods stain. But not the ****** amount. The little amount like a pimple popped amount. But still. DISGUSTING. The wonder i found under the bed. Trash - i wont tell you what kind of thrash. You have to imagine yourself. Toilet water pressure was strong. Good for taking hot long shower. Balcony was unkept. Ciggarette buds, ciggarete dust on the floor. Not to mention the window to the balcony. The hinges required w4d. It almost came off. All in all. At this price point. Its location. I’d still rate it 4/5. Wont argue much since its damn cheap."

"Although the apartment is strategically located near many eateries and within walking distance to Centrum Market, the overall stay was disappointing. The apartment is clearly rundown and poorly maintained. The wooden flooring is scratched after long-term use and easily traps dirt. Even though we wore slippers indoors throughout the stay, it still felt unhygienic. We booked a 3bed 3bath unit; while the toilet seat was clean, the inside of the toilet was very dirty. Overall cleanliness was barely acceptable, with many areas appearing insufficiently cleaned. In addition, two of the bathroom water heaters were not working properly, which affected basic usage. I believe this is a unit-specific issue. In unit 302, the Wi-Fi connection was only available at the entrance area near the main door. Once you move further into the living area or bedrooms, the Wi-Fi is not accessible at all. As a result, the TV was also unusable, as it requires a Wi-Fi connection to function. We were later offered a unit exchange to unit 308. Nevertheless new unit offered stable Wi-Fi, slightly clean toilet and all water heater works. However, unit 308 had a noticeable damp and moldy smell in the room. End up we choose to remain at our original unit. Although the staff were helpful and made efforts to assist us, the issues with the old facilities and partially non-functional amenities remained. If you are able to tolerate these shortcomings, the place may still be acceptable."
