"* Spacious room. * Free and easy parking. * Very close to attractions around Kea Farm such as the sheep sanctuary and Kea Farm market. * I like that you can go straight to your room from the parking area without having to pass through the lobby every time (great for introverts 😆). * My room on Level 12 was very cool and comfortable. No air-conditioning, but I didn’t even need to switch on the fan. Customer Service * Customer service was average and could be improved. * In my experience, most of my requests were not fulfilled (e.g. extra pillows). * However, late check-out until 1pm was approved. * Drinking water was not replenished, but got coway which i love * They do provide a WhatsApp contact, which makes them easy to reach without having to call. Facilities * WiFi was good. * Didn’t get a chance to use the gym or playground. * The pool is small and very basic. The water wasn’t cold, so it’s nice for a swim. Bathroom * Water pressure was excellent. * Unfortunately, my bathroom had a urine smell. * Housekeeping came three times after I reported it, but the smell was still there during my stay. * To be fair, the hotel was very receptive to my complaint. Whether it has been fixed since then, I’m not sure. Other Notes * My requests and emails were generally not entertained. * Despite what people say on *******, I did not experience anything **********. ( hotel, not an apartment ) * The hotel was quite busy with guests, so it never felt empty or creepy."

"There's only one power outlet in the room for charging devices or using the hairdryer. You have to get the hairdryer from the front desk. It's a very basic room, but the cleanliness is good, and the breakfast restaurant is excellent."

"Not recommend for holiday unless you just want a short stay. Near roadside and mosque, noisy, can’t sleep well at night Old hotel, old carpet, shower may a problem, water not hot enough in cold weather. Difficult to get parking place The only good thing is strategy location, convenience to get what you want in the Brinchang town."

"This was our 1st stay in the resort and it turned out to an interesting & awesome experience! We checked-in on 11th of March & checked-out on 13th of March. I booked a 2-single bed room but the hotel given us a king bed room at the upper floor. After talking to the front desk. I was told only king bed room was available. However, my wife didn't have a good night sleep as she was having light sleep, so easily waken-up due to noise & movement. The upper floor somehow was noisy due to the traffic outside the hotel. We have no choice but to feedback to the hotel manager on the 2nd day. The manager Ms Su was kind enough and upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite on the ground floor, with 2 single beds & a king bed. That made our 2nd night slept peacefully. Thanks Ms Su of her attentiveness. The morning breakfast was a ala carte menu of Malaysian & western cuisine. Not a fantastic food but the service given by the professional F&B staffs made the experience so pleasant! Sincere thanks to F&B supervisor Santhosh & staff Myint of their attentive service."

"First Try to Stay in Kea Garden Guest House Nice stay with strategy location which near to lots of attraction, there are Kea Farm Market, Butterfly garden, Mossy Forest, Boh Tea Plantation entrance, Sheep Sanctuary is just next to the guest house and etc. Staffs are nice and friendly, lots of parking."

"Although the apartment is strategically located near many eateries and within walking distance to Centrum Market, the overall stay was disappointing. The apartment is clearly rundown and poorly maintained. The wooden flooring is scratched after long-term use and easily traps dirt. Even though we wore slippers indoors throughout the stay, it still felt unhygienic. We booked a 3bed 3bath unit; while the toilet seat was clean, the inside of the toilet was very dirty. Overall cleanliness was barely acceptable, with many areas appearing insufficiently cleaned. In addition, two of the bathroom water heaters were not working properly, which affected basic usage. I believe this is a unit-specific issue. In unit 302, the Wi-Fi connection was only available at the entrance area near the main door. Once you move further into the living area or bedrooms, the Wi-Fi is not accessible at all. As a result, the TV was also unusable, as it requires a Wi-Fi connection to function. We were later offered a unit exchange to unit 308. Nevertheless new unit offered stable Wi-Fi, slightly clean toilet and all water heater works. However, unit 308 had a noticeable damp and moldy smell in the room. End up we choose to remain at our original unit. Although the staff were helpful and made efforts to assist us, the issues with the old facilities and partially non-functional amenities remained. If you are able to tolerate these shortcomings, the place may still be acceptable."

"My stay was pleasant overall. Although there was no air conditioner, opening the windows allowed fresh air in, and the natural breeze worked wonders. The hotel’s location was strategic, making it convenient to get around, and the property itself was relatively new. However, one downside was that the lift was not functioning, which could be inconvenient for some guests. That said, the staff was very accommodating and helpful, which made the experience better. Overall, a good stay with a nice balance of comfort and nature!"
