"Oakwood Cameron Highlands exceeded my expectations. Although it is not a five-star hotel, everything is comfortable, clean and thoughtfully arranged. The bed is excellent, and the room has a refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, reliable hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast is very good, but it gets busy after 9:00 a.m., so arriving earlier is better. The internet is fast, although connecting several devices can require a little effort. The balcony offers a beautiful view and fresh mountain air. The location near the golf course is convenient, the restaurant is good, and the terrace on the 15th floor is outstanding. I have not enjoyed such a peaceful and pleasant hotel stay for a long time and would happily return."

"Overall environment and location is very nice, this is alr second time I stay here. The room service is very efficient. Kitchen pipe leaking had been solve very quickly and item request is very fast delivery. However, I think I won’t stay here next time because the room situation is quite disappointed to me as the wall, window, balcony is not clean well and the kitchen utensils, sofa is seems old but no changed. Hope this can be improved as the location is really good. Thank you."

"This is the second time we stayed in this hotel We stayed two nights in this hotel.. The room is big with a balcony. You can enjoy the cool breeze standing at the balcony. The location is near Brinchang town. You can walk to the shops in the town for food. There is a car park at the hotel. The room rate is reasonable. It's value for money"

"We booked the Tioga Deluxe Suite and were accommodated in Block D. Although it was a bit of a hassle carrying our luggage up to Level 3, the breathtaking view from the room made it completely worthwhile. Just a quick tip: if you're travelling with young children or elderly family members, you may want to request a lower-floor unit, as there is no lift. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable. One of my favourite parts of the stay was waking up to the sound of birds chirping every morning.. it was so peaceful and relaxing. Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to try the breakfast, but I'm sure it's just as good based on the overall experience. Overall, we had a wonderful 3D2N stay. We slept very well throughout the trip and are so happy we chose this place. The only minor point is that the property is a little secluded from the main road, and the road leading to it can feel quite quiet at night. Other than that, everything was great, and I'd definitely recommend it!"

"Strategic location & sangat convenient untuk family stay.. stay apartment room no 307.. ada 7 adult, 1 kid.. best sangat! Breakfast pun okay, plenty of parking, ada lif walaupun bangunan 3 tingkat which is sangat bagus! Front house pun very welcoming.. cumaa kalau ada nak minta improve maybe on water heater jeee.. dia kejap sejuk kejap panas.. overall our stay definitely worth every penny 😍"

"Its nice view but upon check in at 6pm, the bedsheets is dirty and i had to wait more than 30mins for the staff to ocme and change to new one. The sink are not functioning well, leaking. The wall of the bathroom is very dirty and mushy. Lucky i only stay for 1night."

The two large beds provided a great night's sleep, while the cool Cameron Highlands weather made our stay even more relaxing. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping within walking distance, making it very convenient for families. One of the highlights of our stay was the buffet breakfast. There was a good variety of delicious local and Western dishes. My top breakfast choices were the wanton noodles, nasi lemak, fried noodles, freshly baked bread and pastries, scrambled eggs, sausages, fresh fruits, and hot coffee. Everything was tasty and satisfying, giving us a perfect start to the day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Overall, Rosa Passadena Hotel offers great value for money, especially for families looking for a comfortable stay in Cameron Highlands. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area"
