"I’ve been to Cameron Highlands many times, and every time my family would complain about the room cleanliness. But this was honestly the best homestay we’ve stayed in so far! Even though it was just for one night, we felt super comfortable. The rooms were really clean and tidy, which made a big difference. We really enjoyed our stay! We could even see the sunrise in the morning, and it was absolutely beautiful. It made the whole experience even more special."

"The host's service was excellent. All my questions were answered promptly. The house was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of beds, perfect for two or three small families. Each room had its own bathroom. The view from the balcony was also beautiful. The location is very close to shops, and Cameron Centrum is right next door. Everything was great. I loved it. The location is convenient and offers a peaceful environment, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the cool Cameron Highlands weather. "The location is very strategic and convenient. However, cleanliness could be improved as it felt somewhat unhygienic. There were also no basic cooking facilities like a rice cooker or pot provided. Overall, the experience was just okay."

"Although the apartment is strategically located near many eateries and within walking distance to Centrum Market, the overall stay was disappointing. The apartment is clearly rundown and poorly maintained. The wooden flooring is scratched after long-term use and easily traps dirt. Even though we wore slippers indoors throughout the stay, it still felt unhygienic. We booked a 3bed 3bath unit; while the toilet seat was clean, the inside of the toilet was very dirty. Overall cleanliness was barely acceptable, with many areas appearing insufficiently cleaned. In addition, two of the bathroom water heaters were not working properly, which affected basic usage. I believe this is a unit-specific issue. In unit 302, the Wi-Fi connection was only available at the entrance area near the main door. Once you move further into the living area or bedrooms, the Wi-Fi is not accessible at all. As a result, the TV was also unusable, as it requires a Wi-Fi connection to function. We were later offered a unit exchange to unit 308. Nevertheless new unit offered stable Wi-Fi, slightly clean toilet and all water heater works. However, unit 308 had a noticeable damp and moldy smell in the room. End up we choose to remain at our original unit. Although the staff were helpful and made efforts to assist us, the issues with the old facilities and partially non-functional amenities remained. If you are able to tolerate these shortcomings, the place may still be acceptable."

"We had a really pleasant stay at Asa&mori homestay! The place was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated,it felt comfortable the moment we walked in. All the basic amenities were well provided, making our stay very convenient. There was a small hiccup during check-in, but the host personally came over to help resolve it, which we really appreciated. They were very thoughtful as well, even checking in to make sure we had enough towels and offering to provide more in case our group needed them. The location is great, with easy access to food and transportation nearby. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it 👍"

"I had a wonderful experience at this homestay. The staff are incredibly responsive and attend to all enquiries very quickly, which made everything hassle-free. The place is spotless, and the facilities are complete everything you need is provided. A special highlight is the water dispenser, which was very convenient and satisfying to use. Best part is that you can walk across to Centrum for foods. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel feels like you are in a very luxurious yet welcoming colonial home, complete with a shared fireplace (where you can enjoy a fire lighting ceremony if it is a special occasion), wood flooring, and beautiful white shutters."
