"It was a really good stay considering the price point and the convenience of staying nearby establishments. Whenever we need something we can go directly to Robinsons Mall. It is also easy to commute to different places since the main road is just in front of the mall. One jeepney/bus ride away from pasalubong areas and places to eat. They give free slippers and room is clean and cozy."

"We had a nice trip to Bacolod and stayed at Acacia Hotel for 4 nights. The people are very warm and they always greet guests and the service is excellent. Breakfast buffet is good and included with our accommodation which is very affordable with the amenities as well with wave pool. We also enjoyed the massage that we availed. There is just one thing that the management must address, the ac had a disturbing sound and I hope they would fix it. The location is good because it’s very near the mall. Overall we had a good time staying at Acacia Hotel Bacolod."

"The hotel is still improving its facilities and is under renovation when I checked in. There is no hot and cold shower, no provision for shampoo and conditioner, but fragrant liquid bath soap are available in the bathroom The bottled water in the room is for sale but water dispensers are provided in each floor for guests’ drinking consumption. Other supplies such as slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste are provided only upon request.  On the other hand, all hotel staff are very accommodating and friendly. The buffet breakfast is satisfying with options to choose from- Filipino and/or American breakfast are available. The swimming pool is so inviting but due to rainy, cold weather situation during my stay, I was not able to feel the pools’ water. 😁"

"The location was excellent, but we were disappointed with the service. Our check-in time was supposed to be at 2:00 PM, but we arrived at the hotel at 3:00 PM, excited to settle into our room after a long and tiring journey. Unfortunately, the front desk informed us that our room was still unavailable, and we had to wait until 3:45 PM before we could check in. That said, we appreciate the efforts of the front desk staff and the security guard, who continuously followed up on the room's availability and kept us informed. Their attentiveness and professionalism were commendable. We hope the hotel can improve its room readiness so future guests can check in on time."
