"Compared to other villas in Hua Hin, this one was definitely good value for money during our week-long stay. Aside from the beach not being great, Hua Hin itself is wonderful and I highly recommend staying here for 2-3 nights. The villa's pool is a decent size, and while the adjacent hot spring pool had a slight odor from the water lilies, it was still very enjoyable. Just be aware of geckos! The privacy was also excellent. There are two types of villas, and if you're unsure which to choose, I can explain: there's the villa area with direct access to the hotel's main pool, and then there's our villa area which is set further back. I opted for the latter because the main pool seemed a bit too close to the road. The hotel offers plenty of activities, but for us low-energy folks, enjoying breakfast and exploring the nearby restaurants was more than enough. There are tons of restaurants in the vicinity. The local snack street looked a bit questionable in terms of hygiene, but the prices were incredibly affordable, and the raw seafood dishes were such a steal – and no upset stomachs, thankfully! The hotel breakfast also had a wide variety of delicious options."

"Old and rundown hotel. The price (below 1000 Baht) made it an acceptable choice given its perfect location next to the beach. Their facilities were not in good stage. The swimming pool looked a bit dirty. The design of the bathroom was not practical although it offered a bath tub. The drainage located at the wrong corner of the bathroom that eventually flooded the whole area including the toilet (a yellow flag on safety)."

"Pet-friendly. If you're allergic to dog or cat hair, this might not be the best fit. The hotel has good air quality and spacious grounds, but no fitness center. Dinner was 1,000 baht per set, with four dishes and a pot of rice – a reasonable price considering the hotel's somewhat secluded location. It's perfect for those who don't want to venture out late at night. There's no breakfast buffet; instead, you choose two items from the menu, which is filling enough, though the options are limited. The villa room is spacious and comfortable, with new, soft beds and a private pool. All amenities are provided, and the staff are all very helpful."

"This 273-square-meter pool villa was an absolute steal at 600 RMB per person, including breakfast, for Chinese New Year's Day. The privacy was excellent. We checked in on Chinese New Year's Eve and stayed through New Year's Day. It was 1200 RMB plus for the room, which included two breakfasts. The hotel boasts Six Senses-level infrastructure combined with a Sheraton-caliber management team. The attention to detail was impeccable, and everyone was incredibly welcoming and hospitable. Bicycles were free, and cycling around the hotel and its surroundings was a true delight. Breakfast was exquisite and filling. The highlight was the lakeside setting, complete with resident wild ducks, dragonflies, and small fish. I spent two hours every day in the lakeside pavilion, soaking up the lazy sunshine – it was incredibly therapeutic. The 273-square-meter pool villa, their most basic room type, was perfect for the two of us. The bed on the second floor felt a bit empty, probably due to the minimal furniture. The outdoor shower area was fantastic, completely open-air and offering a wonderful connection with nature. A 20-minute walk brings you to the nearest 7-Eleven. Just outside the hotel, along the beachfront, there's a small street food night market that pops up daily. While the quality isn't top-notch and can't compare to what you'd find in the city, it's a great alternative to the hotel's dining options. The beach here is very quiet and much more pleasant than the city's. Although it's a bit further south in Hua Hin, the hotel's value for money is simply unbeatable. The 273-square-meter pool villa is their entry-level option, perfect for two people. The bed on the second floor felt a bit empty, likely due to the sparse furnishings. The outdoor shower was a real highlight, completely open-air and a great way to feel connected to nature. It's a 20-minute walk to the nearest 7-Eleven. Just outside the hotel, along the beach, there's a small, daily street food market. The quality isn't amazing and can't compare to city options, but it's a good alternative to the hotel's restaurants. The beach is very peaceful here, much nicer than the city. Even though it's a bit far south in Hua Hin, the value for money at this hotel is exceptional."

"Beautiful area, lots of trees. I like that there is a terrace in front of the house. There are many photo spots. The room is comfortable and clean. There is a floating restaurant building. But the air conditioner is loud. Overall, it is good to very good. If I have a chance, I will come again."

"For the price, you can't go wrong. A typical Thai hotel, mostly for business travelers. Spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, it's a bit out of the way, but for one night, there's nothing to complain about."

"The facilities are good, but it's a bit far to walk from the lobby to the room and from the room to the restaurant. The bed is comfortable. The only downside that makes me not want to come back is that the restaurant is open-air and there are birds that come and steal food from the plates that are set out. Even though the staff and the hotel are aware of the problem, they don't think about fixing it to be sanitary."
