The location is perfect, right across from the Venice Mestre train station, making it incredibly convenient for anyone traveling to or from Venice by train. "The hotel has a good environment, parking, and the rooms are clean, tidy, sanitary, and quiet. It is outside Venice and takes a 20-minute bus ride to Mestre Station, so you can go to the island without driving. There are restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel, but breakfast is eaten at a hotel next door. The room is old."

"Andrea was one of the best hosts I have meet in the forty years of travelling. We had an issue with a train strike in Italy and we were supposed to travel to Montorosso. He went beyond to help with the situation ringing the next hotel in Montorosso and organised an early train ride with some issues about check in time. We organised an earlier train and we kept on our schedule. He greeted with a smile and was professional every day. Accomodation was clean great location close to st luca train station. The bags were taken to the room and the was explained PowerPoints safe television remote. I strongly recommend hotel Amadeus Venice. Andrea will be a general manger one day. "It's a decent hostel, I can't say anything bad about it. It's clean, beautiful, and cozy. The only downside is that they didn't send me the entry code in advance. There's no administrator. I had to WhatsApp and verify my identity through that. I'd be tempted to ask for the entry code in advance so I don't have to stand at the door for an hour."
