"I paid for a suite to sleep 5 people. There were only 3 sets of towels. The sofa bed was terrible, truly uncomfortable and almost prohibitive to sleep on. Only sheets with no duvet /blanket provided for the sofa bed.
One small bar of soap and one small lotion as far as room amenities. . Which was not replenished with daily cleaning, nor the trash cans emptied.
There was no freezer portion of the mini fridge which I needed to keep my ice pack in for use on a recent injury.
Arik at the front desk was wonderful. He worked the late shift but I only saw him once.
The breakfast was decent but the OJ ran out and was not refilled on Monday"
