"Had quite a hard time with this booking. 1. They had issues with digital key at check in (had to wait for about 40 minutes in front of the door, before someone come and help with a manual card) the issue was fixed after check in time. 2. Pre arrival I asked for my birthday decorations there was none (this may not be available and that is okay) , I asked for a higher level and not facing other apartments for personal reasons, they put me in the lowest level (???) facing apartment , I just feel like they don’t care about requests and did not even try to accommodate clients. 3. They said parking available, however you have to pay (it’s not mentioned) but everytime I would ask they would say it is full. There should be a parking spot reserved for clients since I booked this location especially because parking was listed as “available” 4. The washer machine stopped working as I was trying to wash the bedsheets, it stayed stuck during the whole trip as no technician was available. Thankfully, staff brought a set of new bedsheets In overall it was not a bad experience at Werfy in terms of the space itself, but kind of frustrating with everything happening around!"

"Everything went well with the stay, room was clean. It would have been nice if they could have provided atleast two bottles of water. Apart from that it was a good stay."

"Very spacious 3 bedrooms stay! A full equipped kitchen and bathroom which really full-filled our needs! Love it! Highly recommended 👍🏾"

"The good points of this hotel is, The apartment is fairly clean and spacious, the location is central to cafes and to the beautiful canal which takes you to Atwater markets in a 25 min walk. It’s also safe and new area. It’s also 1.5km from the central train station. It has a washer, dryer & full kitchen so good for families. Bad points is the apartment is quite noisy as it’s close to an intersection, there is one air conditioner in the living room, none in the bedrooms so bedrooms are quite warm & stuffy in Summer. It is marketed as a “hotel” however other than the reception it is actually the same as an Airbnb. I stayed for 3 nights but was told there won’t be cleaning done during my stay. They also do not replenish coffee & water. So if you’re looking for an Airbnb type accommodation this is good."

"Hotel is at a great location near Mont-Royal subway. There are lots of food and amenities just outside the hotel. Room comes with a full kitchen and laundry appliances. Feels just like home."

"I stayed here for one night while in transit. There's a free shuttle from the airport, so access is great! There's nothing around the hotel, so I took the bus to the supermarket to buy dinner. The room had a microwave, refrigerator, induction stove, and tableware, so I had no trouble cooking my own meals. The room felt like home, with a separate dining table area, sofa table area, and bedroom, so it was very spacious and comfortable. I was able to watch TV while sitting on the large three-seater sofa, so I really felt at home."

"Great location. Check-in is also very convenient. The front desk is off work after 6 pm. Even if there is no one, you can enter the room smoothly with the pre-provided gate password and room password. The hotel has three floors, no elevator, but luggage can be transferred through an up and down transportation ladder. Free washing machine is also provided on the third floor. The room is large, the facilities are complete and new. The only bed I am not comfortable with is too soft, I slept very tired for three days. The refrigerator in the room is complete. The old town is very lively on weekends, if you don't mind the rhythm of music. Breakfast recommended Tommy Cafe, much better than Mama C."
