"I stayed here on both my departure and arrival flights to Yantai. The hotel is just amazing and you can get a room on the highest floor with a great view to the city. It’s also very close to so many attractions here such as the golden beach and Tian square. I just went for a stroll and walked everywhere on foot. The gym has also a gym and nice coffee shop and bar. U can also have a nice breakfast in the morning. All in all, my experience here was great and I definitely recommend it for any future guests. Oh and there’s also a flower shop u can visit. They also helped me with drying my clothes which I left here for 6 days and picked them up on my way back. They were folded nicely. The service is absolutely fantastic."

"The location is excellent, right by Wanda Plaza, making it convenient to visit attractions and find plenty of food options. However, the shower in the bathroom doesn't have an enclosure, so the floor gets completely wet and becomes quite dangerous. Plus, there's no drain in the shower area, so you have to use a squeegee to clear the water yourself. The toilet paper quality isn't great either. On the positive side, all toiletries are provided. I didn't take photos of the room, but Yantai is definitely worth a visit."

It is connected to Wanda Mall, so McDonald's, Heytea, Starbucks, and all kinds of restaurants are located within the same building. "The Meiya International Hotel/Apartment offered worldclass service. The staff provides ample assistance and unending patience to foreign guests. Despite the language limitation, the hotel crew ensured that my requests are provided. I booked the cheapest room available for my schedule. It was beyond value, loft type unit which gave a solo traveler like me a huge area to move around. the bed was big. the living area was a whole room by itself. there was a separate space for office work, a kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. Meiya is very generous with space. My room had a view of the city, through its floor to ceiling window. It felt first class. What was a bit confusing is the names used through trip.com: Meiya Hotel or Ramada Hotel or Fulitai Hotel. The location was perfect for the conference I attended, just a few blocks away from Yantai International Expo. Commuting via train to neighboring cities like qingdao and weihai is also easy with the train station just 5 min drive away. There are a couple of shopping malls nearby too. Overall, I am happy with my stay at Meiya International. If given the chance to visit Yantai, I would definitely come and stay here again."

The weather in Yantai is good, not so hot and humid, with a cool breeze, and it is also cool in the shade."

The seafood is incredibly expensive, and they don't cook it well. If possible, I recommend eating somewhere else rather than the seafood shops under the accommodation. I didn't check the price (my mistake) and just ordered, and when I paid later (my estimated price * 10) -> total disaster. (T_T) I deducted 1 point for each seafood shop under the accommodation. They were incredibly noisy because they were soliciting customers. Haha, it was the first time I've seen someone holding a microphone and soliciting customers in a restaurant."
