"Comfortable apartment and quite clean. The only problem we had, due to the lack of reception, was communicating with the people in charge. There is no immediate response to email, prefer what's up."

"SI QUIERES DESCANSAR, NO ES TU HOTEL. Llama y pregunta antes a ver si han acabado las obras de la calle o pregunta en qué habitación te van a poner para no sufrir antes de las 8 de la mañana durante todos los días, el ruido incidente de las obras. Por otro lado, la piscina que debería estar abierta según la información que da el hotel, está en mantenimiento. En cuanto al apartamento, muy muy bien, está todo nuevo, es cómodo, está limpísimo. La ubicación es muy buena para moverte sin problema a pie por Sevilla. La atención del personal siempre ha sido estupenda, rápidos contestando y muy amables. En el hotel hay taquillas donde dejar las mochilas si se llega antes del check in o si las necesitas desoues debacer el check out, en ese aspecto, un 10. Enfrente del hotel, hay un restaurante donde se come super bien!"

"The hotel is in a prime location, about a 20-minute walk from central Seville attractions like Plaza de España, the Royal Palace, and the Cathedral. There are also many restaurants nearby. There's a delicious Chinese restaurant on the right as you exit the hotel, and another equally good Chinese restaurant just over 100 meters away. Downstairs, on the left, is one of Spain's largest supermarket chains, offering a wide selection and reasonable prices, making it extremely convenient. The rooms are relatively large for Spain, but the facilities are older. Bathroom slippers aren't provided, so it's best to bring your own. There's a small kitchenette with pots and utensils, perfect for making small meals. The service was excellent! Any questions I had were immediately addressed by the front desk, and the tall, thin receptionist was incredibly helpful. The room was also very clean, and the staff were very friendly to the Chinese people. A truly wonderful experience."

"Fomos muito bem acolhidos e às 10h30 da manhã fizeram-nos o check in. Tivemos problema no ar condicionado que foi resolvido no dia seguinte logo pela manhã, em contrapartida desde aí que havia um barulho sempre que o andar de cima ligava o AC( achamos nós). O barulho da rua não é muito agradável, principalmente se for fim de semana por ter uma discoteca por baixo. Aspecto negativo é não haver secador de cabelo, e mais utensílios de cozinha (torradeira, máquina de café), no entanto o apartamento era muito bonito e estava bem localizado."

"This was a last-minute trip, and despite having top-tier Marriott, Hilton, and IHG memberships, there weren't any hotels that accommodated four people with a toddler, so we stayed in a budget-friendly hotel. Our family of four was able to comfortably sleep on the sofa bed, and the space was ample. I made the sofa bed myself. The room was equipped with a juicer, blender, microwave, induction cooktop, and various cooking utensils, making simple cooking incredibly convenient. This hotel is especially perfect for picky eaters or those with dietary restrictions who need to prepare their own meals. There was a supermarket across the street, making it convenient for buying fruit, snacks, and drinks. It was conveniently located near a famous bridge and the river, making it easy to walk. Major tourist attractions are within walking distance. The accommodation was clean. We stayed for two nights, and while there was no cleaning service during our stay, it wasn't a problem for me. We arrived early before check-in time, but the staff member wasn't there. They didn't show up until around 3 p.m. I was a little taken aback by the lack of a separate notice, but they did show up around 3 p.m. Pre-registering with the email sent in advance would have expedited check-in, but since this was my first time staying with a third party, I didn't. Check-out was relatively early at 11:00 AM, which was a bit disappointing, but there was no staff at check-out, so I wondered if that was the right thing to do. It wasn't a problem for me, but I was curious about how luggage storage would work for those who needed it. There's no separate breakfast room, but a packed lunch is provided upon request, which seems reasonable considering the price and the amenities. I didn't request it. Besides shower gel and hand wash, there are no other amenities, so you'll need to bring your own. Slippers, of course, aren't provided. Bring your own. I was satisfied with my stay and would definitely return if I ever return to Seville."

"The location is fantastic, very well-connected, and close to the Cathedral, the Royal Alcázar, and the Metropol Parasol. Plaza de España is about a 30-minute walk away. The room was airy with balconies facing three different directions, and it even had an induction hob so we could cook some simple meals. The staff were very enthusiastic and friendly, and being able to store our luggage for free was a huge plus. We happened to be there during a football final, and the entire city was buzzing with excitement, filled with people in red and blue stripes. Due to traffic control, we couldn't get a taxi right outside and had to walk a bit, which really gave us a taste of Seville's deep-rooted passion for football."

"We are a family of 5 (a toddler, my husband and elderly parents) travelling to Seville during Christmas and thank god I chose this place to stay. We stayed on an apartment on the first floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and it was beautifully decorated (renovated from an old church) . Despite being on the first floor, it was quiet at night even when the windows were open (amazing). There was an abundance of cooking utensils and even salt and sugar and coffee capsules were provided! The whole apartment was very clean and spacious and extremely comfortable. It was well located within walking distance to the shopping streets and the major sights in Seville were all within walkable distance. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed going up to the 5th floor to watch the sunset and sunrise. Overall, this stay deserves 10 stars."

"這是一間中古風、位在古舊城區主要幹道的民宿，的士沒法駛進來，但是拖行李走路大概10分鐘內也能到達，中庭很漂亮。剛好住在最頂樓，所以陽光採光不錯，但是房間偏細，選的是一房廳，廳有梳化床。冷氣模式只能夠是間中出風間中暫停，可能是我們不會調，不知道，但總體來說冷氣運作正常；剛好來到的第一天發現廚房的鋅盤漏水，聯絡客服也有立即回覆，在第二天早上有立刻派水管人員來維修，亦能根據我們希望的時段過來，最後亦能順利處理好，十分有效率，唯一不足的是廁所去水渠的味道十分大，以致廁所味道很難聞，必須經常開門通風。不過房價對比同其他民宿稍貴。"

"Amazing apartment! The view from the window is incredible. It's a shame we were only in town for a day; we would have stayed longer. The staff was very polite and friendly, and they were always in touch. The apartment is clean, warm, and beautiful! I highly recommend it."
