Find 4-Star Hotels in Seville

We are a family of 5 (a toddler, my husband and elderly parents) travelling to Seville during Christmas and thank god I chose this place to stay. We stayed on an apartment on the first floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and it was beautifully decorated (renovated from an old church) . Despite being on the first floor, it was quiet at night even when the windows were open (amazing). There was an abundance of cooking utensils and even salt and sugar and coffee capsules were provided! The whole apartment was very clean and spacious and extremely comfortable. It was well located within walking distance to the shopping streets and the major sights in Seville were all within walkable distance. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed going up to the 5th floor to watch the sunset and sunrise. Overall, this stay deserves 10 stars.

The geographical seat is quite good, just waiting for a long time at the entrance on the first floor, and I have not received the cold code. The service staff of the restaurant next door saw that we have been waiting for a long time. They are very enthusiastic to help solve the door opening. Give the restaurant next door a thumbs up 👍, thank them, check out the day, The cleaning staff came to knock on the door at 10:59 on time, except that there were no other problems, a great house.

Great location! Right across from the train station, with a McDonald's and a large supermarket next door. You can catch a bus right across the street. They offer complimentary fruits, lemonade, gummies, and candies during afternoon check-in. Plus, free luggage storage is available.

• Room: Looks fine in photos but in reality, very dated (from the 80s?) - requires some serious modernization and renovation. My original room's aircon was dripping water and had to move to another one... • Common area/ ambience: The reception/ cafe area is like a hostel/dorm, not consistent with the Novotel brand/tier- thought I was in Ibis or something. • Location: Very convenient - next to the shopping centre, close to bus/tram station, about 20-30 min from key attractions in the Archivo de Indias

The room size was decent, and complimentary bottled water was provided. The bathroom facilities were complete. It's a 20-minute walk to the church, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. There's also a tram stop to the old town. On the last day, I bought breakfast, which was €25 and quite expensive, especially since it was almost all cold food.

This is not the first time that I stay at this location and it won’t be the last pet Palace Santa Cruz has become a second home to  me The staff has always been very friendly and super helpful they not only showed me the best places to go around the city, but also recommended different gastronomic options And even assisted me with booking tours, making reservations at restaurants and more  I want to thank the entire team for the hospitality, friendliness and overall Attitude special thank you to Irma Alberto, Ruben, Gema, Amina  I stayed nine days this time around and I didn’t wanna leave The breakfast option is highly recommended as they have a great variety of foods, accommodating, vegetarians, vegans, and more Gracias de verdad por hacerme sentir como si fuera familiar no solo huésped🙏🏻 see you next time

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Overall, by Hilton or Garden Inn standards, this property falls somewhere in the average to slightly below-average range. However, if judged by a three-star standard, it is generally acceptable. The biggest issue was cleanliness. Upon entering the room on the night of check-in, I was shocked to find that the toilet had clearly not been cleaned, with visible waste left unflushed. This was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. When I reported it to the front desk, I was told that housekeeping staff were no longer available after 4 p.m., and nothing could be done. This response reflected a clear lack of basic service standards. Service quality overall was fairly mediocre, especially during late check-in. The front desk staff were not particularly welcoming. At one point, when I was about to read a document before signing, I was interrupted and told to listen to the explanation first and sign afterward, which felt dismissive. Additionally, when I requested basic amenities such as a toothbrush, I was told to come down and collect them myself, as no delivery service was available. To be fair, the hotel does have some positives. The facilities are decent and generally meet four-star expectations, including amenities like a swimming pool (although the water was quite cold and not well temperature-controlled). The location is also convenient — while not in the city center, it is easy to reach major areas by taxi. In summary, the hardware and facilities are acceptable, but the cleanliness and service fall short. By Hilton or four-star standards, this hotel underperforms; by three-star standards, it is passable.

The apartment is in the heart of Seville, just a few meters from the Mushrooms in Plaza de la Encarnación, so the location is excellent. The apartment has absolutely everything: kitchenware, bathroom amenities, a closet outside the bedroom, an ironing board and iron, towels, a duvet, and two pillows per bed. The bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the street and air conditioning. The living room is spacious with a TV and a large, fully soundproofed, and very bright window overlooking Plaza del Cristo Burgos, from where you can see the Mushrooms of the Encarnación. The bathroom was spacious and everything was very clean. The apartment is one of the best I've stayed in in Seville to date. Bright, spacious, and right in front of the parish of San Pedro. And the location? Unbeatable. It's right in the center of Seville, just a few meters from the Encarnación (the mushrooms). Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay in these apartments again. A very gratifying weekend. The automated check-in process may be a bit confusing. But there are two highly trained receptionists who will help you with everything.

The hotel is quite large and has a pool, with a great ambiance. A bit disappointing though, as I arrived in the early morning and my booked twin room was unavailable! I had to switch rooms the next day. It's a good option if you're just looking for a hotel getaway. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were plentiful. However, there aren't many commercial facilities around the hotel.
