GGuest UserWe are a family of 5 (a toddler, my husband and elderly parents) travelling to Seville during Christmas and thank god I chose this place to stay. We stayed on an apartment on the first floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and it was beautifully decorated (renovated from an old church) . Despite being on the first floor, it was quiet at night even when the windows were open (amazing). There was an abundance of cooking utensils and even salt and sugar and coffee capsules were provided! The whole apartment was very clean and spacious and extremely comfortable. It was well located within walking distance to the shopping streets and the major sights in Seville were all within walkable distance. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed going up to the 5th floor to watch the sunset and sunrise. Overall, this stay deserves 10 stars.

PPianist with no handsUnbeatable location, and the first attraction is just around the corner. 6mins to Flamenco Theatre, 10mins to Macadona, 10mins to Cathedral, 20mins walk/10mins drive to Estacion / Playa De Espanol. Surrounded by tapas restaurants and bars, I would rather walk 6 minutes close to the cathedral to get more tasty food in those restaurants. Lift in the 5-floor building with a public terrace at the top floor. My dad loves staying there, enjoying the sunset. The apartment is newly refurbished in a modern way. Kitchenware and utensils are provided. Because of our late check-in, the sofa is not set up with bedding. This spacious apartment has no problem fitting four people; we two felt comfortable having our own space. The Wi-Fi is fast, but there is no reception in the bedroom. A long table has no problem being used for having meals and having all my studies put on the table. A coffee maker and kettles were provided, and the lady gave us more cups for our 4-day stay. The washing machine created loud noise, and the repairman fixed it the next day. We didnt complain about it, but there should be a hotel guy bringing the repairmen to come in. We felt a bit unsafe letting two men to come into our room. All those things I mentioned could be easily improved in no big deal. We really enjoyed our stay there. We want to come back next year.

LLilisisiFacilities: Excellent Hygiene: Good Environment: Quiet Service: Very good Stayed for 3 nights, it was very quiet, the bedding was comfortable, and the hotel's service was excellent. Transportation was convenient too. Seville is definitely worth staying in for a few extra days.

GGuest UserWe book a suite so size is not an issue. Since walking to Spanish square is doable, but it is still more than 30 mins away. There is no loading zone for this hotel, just park the car and pay for parking for unloading. Restaurants are plentiful, but more open 2000hrs for dinner

AAnonymous UserI stayed at this hotel for two nights. Overall, by Hilton or Garden Inn standards, this property falls somewhere in the average to slightly below-average range. However, if judged by a three-star standard, it is generally acceptable. The biggest issue was cleanliness. Upon entering the room on the night of check-in, I was shocked to find that the toilet had clearly not been cleaned, with visible waste left unflushed. This was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. When I reported it to the front desk, I was told that housekeeping staff were no longer available after 4 p.m., and nothing could be done. This response reflected a clear lack of basic service standards. Service quality overall was fairly mediocre, especially during late check-in. The front desk staff were not particularly welcoming. At one point, when I was about to read a document before signing, I was interrupted and told to listen to the explanation first and sign afterward, which felt dismissive. Additionally, when I requested basic amenities such as a toothbrush, I was told to come down and collect them myself, as no delivery service was available. To be fair, the hotel does have some positives. The facilities are decent and generally meet four-star expectations, including amenities like a swimming pool (although the water was quite cold and not well temperature-controlled). The location is also convenient — while not in the city center, it is easy to reach major areas by taxi. In summary, the hardware and facilities are acceptable, but the cleanliness and service fall short. By Hilton or four-star standards, this hotel underperforms; by three-star standards, it is passable.

GGuest UserWe appreciated the hotel's convenient location just outside the city center, making it easy to get around while staying in a quieter area. The room itself was spacious and well laid out, which made our stay comfortable. Service was minimal, but that was fine by us. However, cleanliness left much to be desired—the room felt like it was just barely cleaned rather than properly refreshed. On top of that, many fixtures seemed to be on their last legs, just a thread away from falling apart. A little more attention to maintenance and housekeeping would make this a much better stay. If you're not too particular about those aspects, the space and location could still make it a decent option.
