"Localização boa e preço qualidade muito bom. O quarto é bonito e moderno, com uma boa cozinha. A casa de banho tem um chuveiro muito pequeno, o que contrasta com o resto do apartamento. Sugestão para o futuro é ter uma máquina de café ou uma chaleira com café instantâneo ou chá. Tendo um terraço é uma pena não poder ir lá para fora beber uma bebida quente."

"Seriously, who understands the convenience of staying right above Porto's main shopping street? The room felt like a charming European apartment, and the balcony was amazing! It was spacious, and the location couldn't be better. The staff were also super friendly! There's a big supermarket just 50 meters downstairs, and walking left or right from the hotel takes you to two of Porto's most famous churches, Capela das Almas and Igreja de Santo Ildefonso! We even walked to the main cathedral. Highly recommend it! Just note that if you're checking in after 6 PM, you'll need to retrieve the check-in code from your email."

"The concept of this hotel is actually quite practical. You don't necessarily need staff in the lobby - but it's much more pleasant. Since there are several houses in the town, you should pay close attention to the correct address when arriving. When we arrived at the wrong house, a friendly video advisor directed us to the right house. Unfortunately, the room codes were not available to us in advance, which we were only able to clarify on a hotline due to a broken video advisor display. Achieving this was not easy. But as soon as someone was there, we were helped very quickly. The house was fine. The beds were very good. What was strange, however, was a spot of dirt on my bedsheet at head height. All in all - quite okay... more intensive preparation is recommended."

"Lovely apartment, but has some niggling things which could be improved. However, one thing I imagine can’t be improved is the amount of natural sunlight coming in. I stayed in building 339, floor 3 apartment 10. The windows are either too small to let much light in, or it’s facing another side of the building into someone else’s apartment. When I first entered, I also had 6 different flies of all sizes in the kitchen area. When I queried about this, it’s apparently an issue in the warmer seasons. I didn’t let these flies in, so they must have been let in when cleaning the apartment. The other issue was, the floors weren’t cleaned very well with crumbs in corners. However, the bedding and towels smelt lovely and were clean. I would have liked flatter pillows, the once they have are way too high and caused neck pains, but this seems to be a thing in Portugal as other places I’ve stayed have a similar setting. The shower has no proper seal to stop water from flooding the bathroom floor, other than a piece of silicone strip on the shower floor, but it wasn’t sealed down so it was pointless. If you’re a light sleeper, it’s generally very quiet but I had an issue with neighbouring apartments with someone walking around with heels and shoes. They provide slippers! Please use them to not disturb others. Overall, a good stay and location."

"The location is good, there is a parking space and an elevator that can be reached without going up the stairs first. It is clean and tidy. There are washing machines and dishwashers. It is a 5-minute walk to the most popular pedestrian street and Farmer's Market, which is very convenient. Maria at the front desk was very welcoming. We lost our door key and she promptly replaced it without any extra charge. Thank you."

"The room size was perfectly adequate for two people, and the hotel decor was also quite nice. I had a very comfortable stay for one night. The hotel is very close to the city center, so it might be a little noisy. The overall lighting was quite atmospheric, but the bathroom lighting was a bit too dim, which isn't ideal for women applying makeup. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, and it even came with a complimentary mini bottle of red wine from a famous Porto winery."

"The room is spacious and clean. The staff was helpful as we have to take our luggage upstairs for lift. The location is perfect. Walkable distance to many famous spots."

"The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable, but there is about 60 meters from the main street that you go down to accommodation and leaves much to desire is dark and a very sad area with a dangerous point."

"Just far enough from the busy crowded spots to feel peaceful, yet close enough to walk and or catch many different forms of transport. We booked planning to use the Sauna and Spa after a busy days sight seeing. Unfortunately they had time Limits that didnt allow such comfort, but that just made us do more in gorgeous Porto itself. The garden are well kept, a lovely, and not so small, green space to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Ana checked us in, she was wonderfully fun and full of so much helpful Information!! She gave us a fantastic, if not a little too ambitious itinerary for our short visit. And not one piece of advice Was wrong! Thankyou!! The apartments are nice, they have a warm grounding vibe. Everything Was comfortable except our bed, but that is always relative to who's sleeping in it. Well equipped for short stays, extra kitchen Equipment was available on request. But theres too many delicious options practically on your doorstep. We barely Even had coffee in our room. I would gladly return and stay at Apartments Oporto Anselmo again. And recommend"
