"We had a truly perfect stay at Jam Hotel Porto. From the very beginning everything felt easy and welcoming. The room was in excellent condition, almost like new, very modern and thoughtfully designed. It was always clean and perfectly tidy which made it very comfortable to come back to after a day in the city. What made the stay really special was the lovely lady at the reception. She noticed that I was celebrating my birthday during our stay and organized a birthday muffin to be brought up to my room. It was such a kind and personal gesture that I did not expect at all and it honestly made my day. Overall it felt like a place where people really care about their guests, not just in a professional way but in a warm and genuine way. I would happily stay here again without hesitation."

"Nice little hotel with confy beds and pillows, good internet and in a nice area of the city with cafés and restaurantes. The only complain is the noise of all the other rooms; i could here the next door guests having a shower 🙄"

"Very close to Porto train station. The room was clean and modern, equipped with a kettle and a capsule coffee machine. I loved the scent of the shower gel and shampoo. If you're driving, you can use the hotel's paid parking garage, but the ramp is quite steep, which might be tricky for new drivers. From the window, you can see the home stadium of the Porto football team. There are also several large supermarkets nearby. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area."

"The hotel's decor is stylish and comfortable, the staff are very friendly, and the management is efficient. The surrounding area is a bit of a downside; when you exit the subway, there are a few idle young people sitting by the stairs. Also, since the hotel faces a main street, you can't open the windows for ventilation. Other than that, everything was satisfactory."

"Nice clean comfortable hotel rooms. Shame that they accommodate too many children. In all fairness I was there for 3 nights the first 2 very good but on the last night, they must of put all the children on my floor. These children are at an age were they simply don't have the brain capacity to think. They were banging doors making noise till around 5 in the morning thus meaning I struggled to sleep. I did call down to reception to notify them earlier in the evening, to state I believe there is going to be a problem with these children through the night, obviously nothing was done because the noise continued. I understand that it's all about filling up the rooms, because it's more money for the hotel but if they are going to have youngsters, maybe it should just be an hotel for them only . In the future for future guests these children need supervision, this is surely the only way this would work if you are too continue to accommodate all different age groups."

"Everything was good there accept cleanliness when i checked in the room everthibg was good but when i turned off the light there was ant on my bes and it was really difficult for me to sleep and when i woke up i see the floor it was full of ants and when i opened the door there was a vase and there were alot of ants it was a worst experience for me they have to take care of these things"

"Great location and value for money! My husband accidentally left his wedding ring at the hotel, and we contacted the staff immediately. The team was incredibly professional and responsive. They arranged the ring to be sent all the way from Porto to Malaysia. We are deeply grateful for their honesty, efficiency and kindness. Words cannot express how thankful we are. Highly recommended!"

"From the moment I landed, I knew this stay would be special. I was collected from the airport in a luxury Jaguar , (completely free) and transported again at departure, including complimentary trips to and from the city centre. Actual VIP treatment from start to finish .... something I have never experienced anywhere else. Because my flights didn’t match standard hotel times, the team kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, which took away all travel stress and made my stay even more comfortable. That flexibility meant everything to me. Every single staff member was amazingly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Although I sadly didn’t manage to catch the names of the wonderful ladies at reception, they were absolutely incredible and deserve huge praise. Special mention to Tomas — such a professional, friendly, standout member of the team. I later found out his birthday was on Thursday 4th, and I wish I had the chance to say Happy Birthday before I left! The location is perfect — close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore Porto while still enjoying a calm, comfortable stay. The room was immaculate — spotlessly clean, cosy, and beautifully prepared. And the amenities were next-level: Mini-bar, tea and coffee station with kettle, plush slippers, bathrobe, bottled water......everything thoughtfully provided. I was welcomed with a welcome drink on arrival, and a fresh fruit tray waiting in my room. Nothing felt standard, everything felt intentional. What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. There is a clear sense of care, love, and purpose in every interaction and every small touch. You’re not treated like just another guest , you are genuinely looked after. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about this stay. Hotel Jaguar Porto combines luxury service with real warmth and heart, a rare find. If you’re heading to Porto and looking for an experience that goes far beyond accommodation, this is THE hotel to book. 100% recommended. I will absolutely be back. ✨👏"

"The staff are incredibly polite, patient, and always ready to help with anything. The rooms are also very clean, and the cleaning staff are friendly and pleasant; they tidy everything up without touching your personal belongings. The building's exterior isn't luxurious or elegant, but I can assure you that hardly matters, as the hallways are beautiful, the elevators work perfectly, and the lobby and lounge area are impeccably maintained. One of the things I loved most was the unlimited beverage refill station at the entrance (apple, pineapple, water, and exotic fruit drinks). I highly recommend this place!"

"The room was spacious enough, and the bathroom had a large window and a balcony. The only downside was having to carry luggage up the stairs to check in. The location was super convenient, walking distance to all the attractions in Porto!"
