DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chicago - Alsip ★★★★
"Upon check in, I was assigned a room & given keys. We opened the door only to find someone else was already occupying the room. Imagine the fear of the person in that room as we had keys that opened their room door. We had to bring all of our luggage back down to the front desk to get a new room assigned. I booked a king room but was given a room with double beds. When I contacted the front desk, the lady at the front desk was unprofessional and made no effort to address the issue. She told me the hotel is sold out of king rooms and for me to contact Trip.com because Trip.com is the one who booked a double room. The representative from Trip.com was very professional and apologetic and made attempts to rectify the situation. However the hotel did not answer the calls from Trip.com. The room we were assigned was ok. But the ac/heater unit in the room was full of dust. The pillow cases appeared clean but smelled as if it had not been changed between guests. I’ve stayed at numerous Hilton properties and am usually quite pleased. But we were quite disappointed with this Doubletree property."
Nobu Hotel Chicago ★★★★★
"Cool, stylish boutique hotel! Delicious restaurant, and they even allowed early check-in. They also gave me a certificate for participating in a marathon and designer water bottles. We've been to Nobu in Las Vegas too and enjoyed that experience as well."
Holiday Inn Express & Suites CHICAGO-MIDWAY AIRPORT by IHG ★★★
"Health services are good"
Residence Inn Chicago Midway Airport ★★★
"Erin and Diana were absolutely incredible! They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and cared for after a long day in the city!!! The room was spacious and clean, and the complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good!!! Lots of options! Very thankful we chose here!"

Hyatt Place Chicago O'Hare Airport
"The airport shuttle ended earlier in the evening than we anticipated, which caused us some stress on arrival. However, our stay more than made up for the stress! Beds/bedding/pillows were delightfully comfortable, room was spacious and quiet, and the shower was hot with amazing water pressure - exactly what we hoped for after international travel!"
Marriott Marquis Chicago
Take in sweeping city views through towering glass windows, grab a drink at the sleek bar, and settle into contemporary rooms.
SpringHill Suites Chicago O'Hare
"Honestly, we arrived late after major flight changes and a super extended journey half-way across the globe .. The shuttle picked us up, the driver was so friendly and informative - the ride was easy and he helped with our luggage, making the night so much easier! The room was comfortable and loved the layout, it made our stay so much nicer! The staff members were amazing and the stay was positive all around! I will definitely come back! Thank you all for making our arrival home so much more welcoming and easier!"
Holiday Inn CHICAGO O'HARE AREA by IHG
"Nice to stay and you can walk to train station easily. Please do not follow google map . It’s far"
Swissotel Chicago
"This hotel is absolutely perfect! The cleanliness is excellent, and they even provide a kettle for boiling water. The surroundings are beautiful. My only gripe is the incredibly high parking fee. The cost of parking, plus taxes and tips, nearly equals the price of the room itself."
Park Hyatt Chicago
"The location is in the center of Chicago, in front of the water tower. The location is the best, the service is good, and the environment is also very good."
InterContinental Hotels CHICAGO MAGNIFICENT MILE by IHG
"The hotel is very good, the rooms are large, the facilities are complete, the surrounding environment is good, and it is very safe."
Trump International Hotel & Tower® Chicago
"In the city center, it is very convenient to travel around"
The Hoxton, Chicago
"Super cute. Great location! Great hospitality! We used valet parking and they were quick and convenient. Hotel is located in a great area with tons of food and shopping within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again."
Aloft Chicago Mag Mile
"The size of the room is relatively big for a usual room in Chicago downtown. But the room cleaning service can only be ordered every 2nd day at the counter as well as complementary water will only be given if you ask at the counter, too. What I like every morning, is to take away free coffee w milk for the way on the way out from the hotel for meetings;)"
Holiday Inn Express & Suites CHICAGO NORTH SHORE - NILES by IHG
"Excellent services and convenience location"
Chicago Marriott Midway
"Samsung's standard, that's it."
Hyatt Regency Chicago
"Excellent experience at prime location! Will visit again in chicago"
Hilton Chicago/Northbrook
"Solid stay."
Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Downtown/Magnificent Mile
Enjoy a stay at this reliable, centrally located hotel just steps from the city's best shopping, featuring comfortable rooms, a relaxing indoor pool, and a restaurant serving up a delicious cooked-to-order breakfast.
Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport
"Nice room accompanied by a fancy restaurant. The hotel is clean, warm, and quiet. Two important issues to mention: 1. They do not have clear signs posted at the airport, so make sure you have checked the routes before arrival. Otherwise, you may have to walk around for a while carrying your heavy suitcase. 2. The carpet is thick and hard for suitcases to be pushed or pulled."
