They handled inquiries about travel and luggage storage with great care. The surrounding area offers convenient access for sightseeing; it's not far from seaside attractions, making walks and exploring very easy. Overall, the value for money is excellent. I had a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Dalian.

The hotel is quite a walk away from Gangwan metro station, exit D. Along the way, you can seek bank services and many food outlets. Situated around the hotel are several small food outlets, fruit stalls and fast food shops. There are local bus stops nearby taking you around several interesting spots. The room we stayed in was quite spacious, clean with separated toilet and shower. Shower pressure was good. Morning breakfast was local fare and quite okay. Self service laundry was available for house guests which made it convenient for us. The front counter staff were friendly and helpful during our check in and check out. The parting gift on our last days was a nice gesture. Just a note to foreign guests, hotels in Dalian requires both individual identity documents as well as photographic evidence. So, do not be surprised when they ask you to smile. Overall, a good place to stay while in Dalian and looking forward to my stay at Ibis Shenyang next.

I booked a room with a 2-meter king bed, and they said they upgraded my room, but I couldn't really tell. The space was huge, but nobody told me that this hotel still uses wall-mounted air conditioners. It kept making strange noises throughout the latter half of the night. The front desk looks quite luxurious, but the room itself is a bit outdated. They were very accommodating when I asked for extra blankets and pillows, which was great. It's just the AC that's not good, and there are no electric curtains or modern light switches – they're all old-fashioned, which doesn't match the modern feel of the front desk.

The overall stay experience is super satisfied! The location is very good to find and travel is particularly convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept until dawn. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the response is timely, the hygiene is in place, the price is super high, I will choose this next time, highly recommended!
