We originally booked a single room, but because we wanted to change to a spacious standard room temporarily, we asked the front desk lady with the mentality of giving it a try. She smiled and listened, not only readily agreed, but also directly helped us upgrade to the executive twin room for free. The room has a wide view and complete facilities, which makes us feel the surprise that is valued at once. What moved us most was her extreme care for the details. Knowing that we were going to Everest the next day, she took the initiative to remind us of the high anti-care matters, repeatedly told us not to wash our hair and take a shower at night to avoid colds, and also suggested that we slow down and do not do large exercise. She not only helped us book a sightseeing car in advance, but also deliberately walked out of the hotel when we set off, personally sent us to the car, and confirmed that everything was correct before leaving. Because the trip to Everest was very early, we had no time to eat the hotel's buffet breakfast. Unexpectedly, the front desk lady has prepared the road for us early, a beautifully packaged breakfast, with eggs, milk and small bread, so that we can feel a warm heart on the way to the snowy mountains. She also told us the best viewing time of the day according to her experience, so that we can enjoy the beautiful moment of Rizhao Jinshan at the most suitable moment. Throughout our stay, whether it was the clean and tidy room or the smiles that the staff always hung on their faces, we felt extremely comfortable. This experience completely exceeded expectations. "Let's talk about the accommodation first. Although there wasn't a private bathroom, I still found it quite comfortable. Figure 1 shows a rough overview of the camp. Our tent had six double beds, Figure 2 showed the communal dining table inside the tent, and Figure 3 showed the room (which only had a bed and two nightstands). The tent had a sink with a water heater next to it (Figure 6), as well as a basin and disposable basin cover (Figure 5), making washing quite convenient. The bathroom was portable and a little further from our tent, about a minute's walk. We couldn't find a shower, but at 5,000 meters above sea level, it's best not to shower. 😅 As for the value for money, we checked in around 3:00 PM and left at 12:00 the next day. We didn't have to worry about the bus's arrival time back in town. If the weather was good, we could easily watch the sunrise and sunset from Mount Everest. We didn't have to pay for two bus rides, which was equivalent to saving one. Minus the room rate, I think it was a good value."

"Love the overall vibe of this place (I upgraded my room to Mountain View later on and it’s so good). There is also some sound-proof mechanism in the room and I was able to sleep so well ! (much better than when I was in Lhasa despite the increase in altitude).
