"The hotel is wonderfully located, next to the ski slope and with a private parking lot, very cozy and well-decorated. The hotel has a ski room, a boot dryer and a small SPA at its guests' disposal. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with a large and roomy wardrobe. Food is the masterpiece of the world. But best of all, what will make your stay wonderful and unforgettable is the wonderful staff, to whom I thank them for everything. She is always a smiling lady at the reception, who kindly helped in every matter, thanks to which we received a delicious dinner even though the kitchen was closed after 10 p.m. This is the lady in the office who informed the guests at breakfast about the situation on the slopes. These are always smiling ladies who take care of cleanliness, this is great restaurant service, and this is an extremely modest and friendly owner. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. Pokoje bardzo czyste i wygodne, duża i pojemna garderoba. Jedzenie to mistrzostwo świata. Jednak najlepsze ze wszystkiego, co uczyni, że Twój pobyt będzie wspaniały i niezapomniany, to cudowny personel, któremu za wszystko dziękuję. To zawsze uśmiechnięta Pani w recepcji, która z życzliwością pomagała w każdej sprawie, dzięki której dostaliśmy pyszną kolację mimo , że kuchnia po 22.00 już była zamknięta. To Pani w biurze, która informowała gości przy śniadaniu, jaka jest sytuacja na stokach. "You cannot say you’ve been to Folgarida if you don’t stop to this wonderfully-run family hotel. Warmly welcomed by members of the Andreis Family, owners of the structure, you will then enjoy everything that can be enjoyed on the Dolomites. Food, thanks to the excellent master chef Vito Trento. "This is the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in.the noise level every night has been ridiculous hardly slept because of this, children are allowed to run about the hotel riot up and down corridors in front of rooms screaming and making noise till well past 11 o’clock at night and staff do nothing about this . On top of that the rooms are like nothing like the photos and are unclean. This hotel is a two star at best and far from worth the money. Certainly won’t be back. The one and only bar space is treated as kids club and is impossible to relax in any space In This hotel."

"Amazing hotel with great owners and super tasty food. It is located 200 meters from ski lift and there is a ski bus that picks you up and drops you every few min. This is our second time in this hotel and we absolutely love it. Food is great, fresh and super tasty. My son loved a playroom where they have games, watch movies and spend time after a busy days skiing. There is also a hot tub and saunas that you can book. Interior of the hotel and rooms is very beautiful. We will be back next year!"
