"It was tough to find a last-minute room during Chinese New Year, so I booked this place the night before and was pleasantly surprised. There's even a snack street nearby! However, I had specifically requested not to have a corner room when booking, and they confirmed it wouldn't be an issue. But when I checked in the next day, it was late, and upon getting to the room, I found it was a corner one. I went back to the front desk, and they said there were no other rooms available, only that last corner room. I was a bit speechless, especially since I had noted it beforehand. If they couldn't accommodate the request, they should have told me when I booked. Having to drag my luggage back and forth to switch rooms was really annoying and a hassle."

The room facilities are relatively simple. The water from the bathtub is yellow. Is it because it is by a stream? There is little room to put things, only a row of short cabinets, and you have to bend down to get things, which is very tiring. The scenery is good, it's a cabin in the forest, but I won't repair it next time, just come to barbecue and play in the water."

They said yes, but the next day when we asked the cleaning lady for a bag, she rudely asked which receptionist had said we could take it. Her attitude was terrible! Thumbs down! Can't they just talk nicely?!"
