"Loved the hotel, the location is AMAZING and the design is second to none, it was my second time there and the extra rooms and the pool construction are now finished. What I found utterly disappointing was the fact that the hotel, the facilities and the restaurant for lunch and dinner are closed most of the week. I arrived to learn that nothing was open on a Monday. I would have expected a call or an email from the Reception desk, outlining this and offering me a reservation or having a food hamper prepared in my room (for a charge of course). My room was nice, and maintenance was okay, but the AC was leaking and made so much noise that I could not sleep all night, Overall, I feel that Jaglhof lacks hospitality experience and a guest-centric process, For example, whilst the hotel facilities where closed one would think the gardener would take care of the greens on those days, but no of course not. This was done once guests arrived. It's the little things that make the experience. Service and Food on the other hand consistently good .. and the wine is very always nice. "

"The best part first: a modern boutique hotel in stunning natural surroundings, 25x8 meters! A fantastic outdoor pool at 31 degrees Celsius. A small but lovely sauna area with plenty of wall hooks (thank you!). Plenty of relaxation zones. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Tastefully furnished new rooms (if you choose the "new" option), and a sophisticated wine bar attached. Overall, a peaceful atmosphere, even at 75% occupancy. Outdoor parking is free. Dynamic pricing offers opportunities if you know how to use them. What could be improved: the room was cold despite the heating being turned all the way up. A technician came, and it was fine. The next day, it was cold again. Each time we left the room and stepped into the hotel corridor, we were met with noticeably warmer air. Styria has many breweries. Why is there only Stiegl? The prices are sometimes a bit too high. Room for improvement is the often "reserved friendliness" of some staff members (not all!). We only saw genuine friendliness on the faces of a few employees. We got the impression that some staff members were more concerned with their own mood than with ensuring the customer had a good time. Overall: we'll be back."

"Hotel is quite nice, staff very friendly, location at the outskirts of a small town Leibnitz, near river/lake a d parks. My son and I came mainly because of various sports options, unfortunatelly due to recent flood, the indoor sport facilities were closed/renovated. We played tennis at nearby tennis center, which was absolutely great. Hotel has nice sauna area, unfortunatelly no swimming pool. Also billiards table in the lobby. Leibnitz is quite small, a few restaurants and Schloss Segau, also has a cinema in town very near the hotel (some movies are in original, without deutsch synchro, so not bad for tourists, but not all movies, so check beforehand. All in all, a nice stay for a couple of days, definitely recommend."

"None of the outlets were working in my room. Phone was not working. Twice I had glass in my food at breakfast buffet, I showed them which food had glass in it but they didnt bother removing it. Food was most probably days old on top of that."

"The room was tidy with beautiful view and nice balcony. Beds were so comfortable that we hardly get up in the morning. I had the best sleep ever. The service on the reception was obligingly and polite. Breakfast and dinner are in form of buffer table, there was a lot of all kinds of food and everything was well prepare."

"Had a lovely and comfortable couple of nights at the hotel. It was very clean and easily accessible. Also parking is available. Great and lovely staff as well. The evening shift receptionist was the sweetest most welcoming person I’ve ever met. She was so excited to have us and give us tips about how to navigate the city."
