Kuqa Hotels with Gym

The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities and excellent hygiene. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and they even offered complimentary breakfast upon arrival. The breakfast had a good variety of options. Both above-ground and underground parking were available, which was very convenient for self-drivers.

The hotel is located in the Kuqa New District, surrounded by many hotels. The hotel has its own parking lot. The rooms are large, but the facilities are a bit old. There is only one elevator. It is about 6 kilometers away from the ancient city. It is easy to get a taxi and the price is about 10 yuan. It is very convenient to eat around the hotel, but it is not as cost-effective as the old city. I feel it is a bit expensive and not that delicious. The hotel has a contracted travel agency, and it is a bit noisy when checking in at night. You must avoid them for breakfast, you know.

The hotel rooms are very spacious. The lobby on the first floor also looks very luxurious. The only drawback is the hotel's breakfast, which tastes really average. I hope the hotel's catering department will equip the fried egg stand with a range hood. A small fried egg stand makes the whole restaurant full of oil smoke, which makes people feel uncomfortable as soon as they enter the restaurant.

This was my third consecutive stay at a Wanda Realm hotel in Xinjiang, having previously stayed in Korla and Aksu. The experience at the Kuqa location wasn't as good as the other two. It might be due to this hotel being older, but there were noticeable, ingrained stains on the bathroom counter that clearly hadn't been cleaned for a long time, which was quite off-putting. Another major issue that affected my experience was the breakfast. We were told at check-in that breakfast hours were from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. However, when we arrived at the restaurant around 9:10 AM, there was hardly any food left – just five or six small bread rolls and two pieces of fried dough that looked like leftovers. There was no soy milk or regular milk, and the coffee machine was out of water with no one attending to it. No one refilled any of the food items, and tables weren't being cleared, which made both the food and the environment unappetizing. We ended up barely eating anything. Another guest in the restaurant also complained about the situation, and the staff member simply said that earlier guests had eaten everything. Overall, the hotel isn't terrible, and it's slightly less impressive than other Wanda Realm hotels in different regions, but the price was also lower. However, today's breakfast experience was truly unprecedented and unlike anything I've ever encountered.

A true gem of a hotel that makes you feel incredibly welcome! The overall environment is elegant and clean, with no unpleasant odors. The guest rooms have excellent natural light and ventilation, and the facilities are comprehensive and very convenient to use. The service attention to detail is superb; any requests are met incredibly fast, making for a truly peaceful and comfortable stay. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel, definitely one of my top choices for a great hotel.

The bedding was replaced in a timely manner, the mattress was moderately firm, the pillow height was suitable, the room sound insulation was excellent, the corridor and outdoor noise were almost inaudible, and the night could rest peacefully. The room facilities are complete, the air conditioning heating and cooling is stable, the 24-hour hot water is smooth, the WiFi network speed is stable, the tables and chairs, lamps, storage cabinets are well maintained, the toiletries and drinking water are sufficient, and the details are in place. The room cleaning service responded promptly. The supplementary items were needed in the middle of the way and were delivered quickly after contacting the front desk. The staff was polite and courteous throughout the process. The overall situation is not shortcoming from the lobby environment, front desk service, room hygiene, hardware facilities to the location, the price is very high, the living experience is comfortable and safe, and I will still book this hotel next time I come to the local area.

The best service attitude in the southern Xinjiang trip (not that other stores are bad, but this one can feel sincerity and smiles from the moment you enter the door to the moment you leave). Currently, the surrounding facilities are in the promotion period, and the clerk recommends the sauna next door, which is free.

Front desk’s staff are amazing. They are helpful, and professional. I hope they’ll receive a raise for their hardworking. Breakfast is good with many options. Probably the best I’ve had in China. Location is in Central with many restaurants around. Street food is right across the street. My room is spacious and clean. However bathroom is flooded after shower. It doesn’t drain well and leaves a smell of sewage. Hope they will fix it.
