Kuqa Hotels with Gym

This hotel is really great! I've stayed at Lan Ou hotels frequently in Jiangsu. They offer excellent value for money. Each day, they provide two bags of coffee and tea, and the breakfast spread is quite good too. It seems that all Lan Ou hotels offer complimentary bottled water, and you can always ask for more from housekeeping if you run out, though the four bottles they give daily are usually enough for me. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff, a young lady, was not only very helpful but also quite pretty.

Excellent hotel, great professional staff, and very good location. Location is very central and restaurants everywhere downstairs. The hotel room is clean and very well appointed. Service is good, especially the front desk guy. He was very helpful and gave accurate advise. Free laundry service is a bonus and much appreciated. Breakfast is the usual fair, and can get crowded during peak hour. This hotel caters for tour buses so can get a bit busy and noisy in the evenings but rooms are really quite. One of the best hotels we have stayed in our trip and highly recommended. I hope they have more hotels everywhere in China.

Ctrip indicated that the hotel had charging stations, but upon arrival, I was told they couldn't be used because they hadn't passed a fire safety inspection. They claimed the charging stations listed on Ctrip were due to the app's limitations and that I could borrow a private charging station instead. The parking lot was haphazardly parked, with one car occupying two spaces, and security was practically nonexistent. During my complaint to Ctrip, the hotel repeatedly insisted they were not at fault, stating that the front desk manager told me it was a private charging station, so how did it become a standard hotel charging station? Is it so hard to admit a mistake?

The rooms have been upgraded and are clean, tidy, bright and clean, with complete facilities, standardized services, and thoughtful hospitality and guidance. The surrounding environment, transportation, and commerce are very convenient. It is suitable for business trips, tourism and family accommodation.

A true gem of a hotel that makes you feel incredibly welcome! The overall environment is elegant and clean, with no unpleasant odors. The guest rooms have excellent natural light and ventilation, and the facilities are comprehensive and very convenient to use. The service attention to detail is superb; any requests are met incredibly fast, making for a truly peaceful and comfortable stay. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel, definitely one of my top choices for a great hotel.

Front desk service must be emphasized! The check-in speed was very fast, the staff smiled throughout the whole process, took the initiative to inform the breakfast time, laundry room, WiFi password, and also intimately gave the local guide for playing and eating around. If you have any questions, you will be patient and meticulous. You don’t need to wait for a long time to check out. The efficiency is super high. The room hygiene is impeccable, the door is completely free of stuffy smell and smoke, the corners of the whole house are cleaned, and the floor, window sill, and bathroom corners are dust-free. The bedding is fluffy and soft, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, the pillows are divided into soft and hard two types, the blackout curtains have excellent effect, the sound insulation effect is online, and the night sleeps quietly until dawn. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, hot water is on, the water flow is stable, the toiletries are complete and the quality is online, and the disposable products are clean and hygienic. The WiFi network speed in the room is smooth, the office brush video is not stuck at all, the lighting socket layout is reasonable, the window is spacious, and the lighting and ventilation are very good.

The best service attitude in the southern Xinjiang trip (not that other stores are bad, but this one can feel sincerity and smiles from the moment you enter the door to the moment you leave). Currently, the surrounding facilities are in the promotion period, and the clerk recommends the sauna next door, which is free.

Upon noticing our luggage, the concierge immediately offered assistance with a smile. Every time we met the staff, they proactively greeted us, making us feel right at home. Amazing Room: The Deluxe King Room we booked was even better than we expected! The room was spacious and bright, decorated in a modern and elegant style, and spotlessly clean. The bedding was incredibly comfortable; it felt like being enveloped in a cloud, allowing for a dreamless night's sleep. The shower had just the right water pressure and temperature, washing away a day's fatigue. Facilities and Dining: The hotel's breakfast was extensive, combining a blend of Chinese and Western cuisine, and was delicious. The well-maintained gym and swimming pool also added a healthy touch to our trip. This stay was absolutely worth the money and I have highly recommended it to my friends

Front desk’s staff are amazing. They are helpful, and professional. I hope they’ll receive a raise for their hardworking. Breakfast is good with many options. Probably the best I’ve had in China. Location is in Central with many restaurants around. Street food is right across the street. My room is spacious and clean. However bathroom is flooded after shower. It doesn’t drain well and leaves a smell of sewage. Hope they will fix it.

I would specially thanked Miss 迪丽热巴 as she personally pick me up at train station with driver. She answered all my queries before my arrival which made me feel secure to stay alone in Kuqa as this is my first visit and seldom heard of Kuqa City. We used WeChat to communicate and translate as I am foreigner and can't speak chinese. She informed me of all facilities during checkin and arranged for my airport dropoff. She was worried as she did not see me during dinner. The lady in-charge of my laundry was fast and helpful as she helped hanged my clothes when I was away. The house keeping did a marvelous job cleaning my room everyday. The chef cooked very tasty chinese dishes.The security helped with my luggage. The driver was polite and helped with luggage when dropping me off at airport. They left me 2 mooncakes since mid-autumn festival was next day. I felt so homely staying here and having good memories of Kuqa. Thank-you. If possible, to cater for tour groups, extend dining area or staggered breakfast or dinner time so everyone can enjoy the chef's delicious meal. ;)
