"Haha, it's hard to rate this one; I wouldn't even bother reviewing if it wasn't for the points. The AC wasn't working on the first night, so they moved me to a new room the next day – service was definitely good there. I thought, 'Finally, a good night's sleep!' Well, guess what? The toilet seat fell off, hahaha. A technician came to fix it, so I figured I was in the clear. Then, later that evening, I went to dry my hair, and the hairdryer was broken, hahahahaha. I honestly just found it funny at that point. The front office manager ended up waiving one night's stay for me."
