The room is very warm and comfortable. The space is large enough. It is clean and hygienic. The bed is also very comfortable. The room is also very quiet. I am not a light sleeper. I slept well. The front desk service is also very good. Her breakfast is delicious. There are quite a lot of categories. I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip.

It was a very satisfying trip. The room was clean, the facilities were new, and the bedding was very comfortable, especially the pillows. The children really like the hotel's supporting activities. The off-road vehicle experience is great, the warm room KTV, various games can be played from morning to night, and they also played table tennis and basketball. The entire park is covered by wifi. The service is also very considerate, and the staff in the conservatory are particularly enthusiastic. Taking your baby to a hotel is a good choice

Guest UserThe hotel is clean and easy access. The place to improve is TV usage is not user friendly and not easy to switch to watch TV programs.
In addition, my room is on 4th floor and the window is facing a wall, there is no view at all.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt the staff's warmth, and check-in was super fast. The room was clean and tidy, the bed soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height. The bathroom facilities were complete and new, with plenty of hot water. The hotel breakfast was decent. It's a convenient 25-minute drive to Aloha Water Park, and we also visited the nearby Ruins Cafe, which was quite unique. The 2 days we stayed here were truly comfortable, and the service staff were incredibly enthusiastic. There's even table tennis and snooker on the 3rd floor! Staying in a family room with kids is really a great choice!

Guest UserFor my May Day holiday trip, I decided to visit the Jiulong Mountain Resort and surrounding attractions in Pinghu. So, I went to Ctrip early and found the Lavande Hotel. I also researched its facilities, room size, and exterior. Their photos showed a rather tall building, which, while visually appealing, reflects its scale. Scale can indicate service level and hygiene standards. However, on my way to the hotel, I regretted my decision. The entire area is an industrial park with countless factories—chemical plants, garment factories, food factories… Even Gaode Maps (a Chinese map service) led me astray to the hotel's main entrance, leading to a side street with used car dealerships. The hotel was actually to the left of the main entrance, and another factory was right next to it on the right. Sigh :-( During holidays, most quality hotels are probably… Easy to find, so I figured I might as well make the best of it. I checked in and was initially assigned to the 8th floor. After looking around, I realized the 8th floor had a breakfast restaurant, laundry room, and gym – a floor with frequent foot traffic and noise. So I went downstairs and asked to change floors. The front desk changed me to the 11th floor. During the change, I discovered the hotel only had four floors in total; floors 8-11 belonged to the hotel. The scale immediately reverted to its original size. I took off my shoes and put on slippers in the room. Walking on the floor felt like walking on sand. So I grabbed some alcohol wipes I'd brought and started wiping the floor. I didn't realize how long it had been since the room had been cleaned until I wiped it. Looking around, I saw factories everywhere. Luckily, it was a holiday, and the factories were closed; otherwise, the air quality here would be a real concern. Worried, seeing the state of hygiene, the whole family took on the task of cleaning the room. They wiped everything down, disinfected it, and then, finding no shops nearby, they needed to figure out dinner. They asked the front desk, and the only notable restaurant nearby was ”Zhapu State-Owned Old Restaurant.” Driving there, they found it was the only one, with a queue of over 200 people… There weren't any decent restaurants around, making dining extremely inconvenient. So, choosing the wrong hotel had complicated their dining experience! As for breakfast, one room provided free meals for two people, and an extra meal cost 38 yuan per person. The price wasn't expensive, but it was mostly carbohydrates. The protein options, besides boiled eggs, poached eggs, milk, soy milk, and sausage (which looked like it had a lot of additives), included stir-fried dishes. The first day, it was all vegetarian; the second day, there was a chicken that looked like a farm-raised chicken—a poached chicken. The restaurant is very small. After 8:30 AM (breakfast hours are 7-9:30 AM), there was practically no food left for those who arrived. According to the staff, with 146 guests, this is the standard of service; those who arrive later won't get much to eat. I'm not writing this to complain, but to point out problems and hope for improvement. The location (hardware) is not ideal, but it can be compensated for with service (software), such as hygiene, breakfast food, and a larger (more comfortable) dining environment. For guests arriving on holidays, offering complimentary snacks like fruit would show sincerity (but there was none). Please serve hotel guests with the mindset of a hotel, not like a property management company! Oh, and by the way, the hotel's underground parking lot is overflowing with trash, dirty, and dimly lit!

The lobby is clean and bright, the front desk check-in is efficient and fast, the service is gentle and not deliberate, and the demand response is very timely. The room is spacious, cleaned spotlessly, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the facilities are complete. The mattress is moderately firm, the pillows are comfortable, the walls and curtains are soundproofed, and the night sleeps very well. The room is equipped with a desk, sufficient office sockets, very suitable for business travel, convenient location, complete surrounding facilities, high cost performance, whether it is a business trip or a travel is recommended, will choose this next time.

The room is clean and tidy, and the overall hotel environment is also very elegant. It is a Japanese-style hotel, especially the breakfast, which has a very rich variety. I hope the carpet in the room will be cleaned regularly.

NanxiangmadewanxiaOn the eve of the ***** New Year, I checked into the Pinghu Jiulongshan Manor St. Mark Hotel through Ctrip. The hotel is situated within the picturesque Jiulongshan Scenic Area, boasting a tranquil environment and fresh air. Even more surprisingly, it's only about a kilometer walk to the Waipushan Scenic Area, making sightseeing incredibly convenient.
I booked a standard double room including breakfast. Upon arrival, the front desk staff thoughtfully upgraded my room to a suite with a balcony. Entering the room, I was immediately struck by its spaciousness and warm, European-style decor with soft lighting. The bathroom was equally bright and spacious, featuring a comfortable bathtub and a smart toilet – thoughtful details for older guests.
Because of its proximity to Shanghai, it's perfect for a weekend getaway with family, a relaxing hike, and a seaside retreat. Overall, a very good experience, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a short escape from the city's hustle and bustle.

We brought our relatives and kids to Shanghai Legoland and chose the Ramada Pinghu Hotel. We stayed in a Deluxe Family Room, which was spacious and not cramped at all, featuring a king-size bed and a queen-size bed, both with comfortable, supportive mattresses. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and constant temperature air conditioning kept the room warm and not dry. The kids really enjoyed bathing in the bathtub.
The breakfast deserves special praise; it was excellent. They offered hot food, millet porridge, stir-fried dishes, fried noodles, noodle soup, wontons, and fried eggs, along with salads, fruits, and pastries. There were also plenty of seats. The hotel isn't far from Legoland, about a 20-minute drive costing around 20-something yuan.
