"The room was clean and spacious, and the view from the 29th floor was excellent. YOYO at the front desk was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions. All the hotel staff greeted guests warmly and were very enthusiastic. The duty manager even called during our stay to check if we needed any assistance. Parking in the underground garage was also very convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!"

"The hotel we stayed at this time is far from the work we are going to.  But the environment is very good. There are many Japanese, Korean, and  Chinese cuisine opposite, so it is quite convenient.  There is flower tea, coffee, tea on the first floor of the hotel. For drinks for guests to use for free  It's really great!  Although there is only one service staff, but please ask them to send packages and housekeeping processing. They are very implemented. The intimacy is very good.  This time there was a problem with the first day of the room, but the counter staff immediately helped us change a new one. Thank you very much 🙏. The room is well lit and has air-conditioning and heating. The overall rental feels very good!  The price is also very close to the people~"

The front desk service was excellent, and the room we were assigned was indeed quiet, clean, and odorless. The amenities were simple and met three-star standards. The only problem was that the toothbrush was of poor quality; it shed bristles, which was unprecedented. I suggest switching suppliers. 😂
Children get free breakfast, and while the variety is simple, it's more than enough.
The parking lot is right behind the hotel. There aren't many spaces, but given the city's low traffic, it's more than enough.
Not far from the hotel is a dim sum shop that makes delicious crab shell yellow noodles, which is definitely worth a try."

"On the weekend, I drove with my old colleagues to visit Shantang Old Street in Langxia Town, Jinshan. The north of the bridge is Jinshan District, Shanghai, and the south of the bridge is Pinghu City, Zhejiang Province. One bridge spans two provinces. In the afternoon, we drove for half an hour to Pinghu City to check in at the hotel. In the evening, we visited the Nanhetou Historical and Cultural District and tasted local specialties at the Lao Pinghu Restaurant. The breakfast in the hotel is good and the variety of meals is rich."

MmaxeaThis Mid-Autumn Festival happened to be hit by a typhoon. We played with the off-road vehicles and kayaks provided by the hotel before it rained, and also swam. The water in the swimming pool was very clean and the children had a lot of fun. When the heavy rain came, we hid in the hotel to eat and drink. We also prepared a mooncake making course for the children, which improved the stay experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the service is very friendly.

I accidentally left some items behind after checking out, and the front desk staff, Xiao Liu, was very helpful and mailed them to me. Many thanks! The only downside is that parking isn't very plentiful; it's often hard to find a spot in the underground garage.

The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with staff who spoke excellent English and gave clear information about nearby attractions. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a bed that provided excellent sleep quality after a long day of travel.
The location is perfect—close to public transportation, good restaurants, and several scenic spots within walking distance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness and amenities (fresh towels, toiletries, bottled water daily).

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is absolutely fantastic! As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt the staff's warmth, and check-in was super fast. The room was clean and tidy, the bed soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height. The bathroom facilities were complete and new, with plenty of hot water. The hotel breakfast was decent. It's a convenient 25-minute drive to Aloha Water Park, and we also visited the nearby Ruins Cafe, which was quite unique. The 2 days we stayed here were truly comfortable, and the service staff were incredibly enthusiastic. There's even table tennis and snooker on the 3rd floor! Staying in a family room with kids is really a great choice!

The surrounding environment is very beautiful and quiet, but there are shopping malls and restaurants not far away, which is very convenient. The location is excellent, the room is large, the price does not increase much during holidays, parking is convenient, the front desk service attitude is very good, but the breakfast is relatively small and monotonous, and the tissue and toilet paper in the room are very thin. The bed is very hard, it is very comfortable to lie down and play with the phone, I am quite satisfied.

MM51923****The bathtub in this room is incredible! After a long day at Legoland, soaking in it was pure bliss. They even provide disposable bathtub liners and toilet seat covers. It's so clean and hygienic! The hotel also thoughtfully provided earplugs, which is a fantastic detail. There's a woman at the front desk, I think she's the lobby manager, who is super beautiful and incredibly helpful. We booked a family room, and even though we had an extra person, they waived the breakfast fee. She also gave us great tips on local attractions, telling us what's worth seeing and what to avoid, which helped us dodge some potential disappointments. The room they arranged for us was also excellent. We'll definitely be back next time!
