More satisfied hotel

Good property, clean, good service, good staff, enjoyed staying

We recently stayed at Radisson RED Indore hotel, and the level of service we experienced was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, the entire team went above and beyond to look after us with genuine warmth and care. The staff here are absolute professionals, and a few specific teams deserve special recognition: The Reception Team: Our check-in and check-out processes were seamless. They welcomed us with radiant smiles, handled every request efficiently, and made us feel instantly valued as guests. Special mention: Tarun and Gunjan. The Restaurant Service Staff: Dining staff here was a highlight of our stay. The restaurant team was incredibly attentive, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Their impeccable service and dedication to creating a great dining experience did not go unnoticed. Special mention: Hemraj and Aditi. Housekeeping: Our room was kept absolutely immaculate throughout our stay. The housekeeping team's attention to detail, respect for our space, and thoroughness were top-notch. Special mention: Priyanka. It is rare to find a hotel where every single department operates at such a high standard of hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless stay!

Hospitality is good...staff is friendly..and the rooms are clean and well maintained

A hotel with not very new rooms, during my stay I was disappointed by the concept of the hotel restaurant, vegetarian food, which is not suitable for everyone! The area is very beautiful, the pool is wonderful, the staff is helpful!

My stay has been a comfortable and pleasant one, marked by the helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the convenience of the location

Great location, check in process was fast. The rooms are spacious but this is an old property and it is showing signs. The chairs and the curtains are very dirty. No hair dryer in the rooms. Ok if you just want to spend a night and move on.
