"Such a wonderful stay at Hakuba! Service by Mariott stuff was excellent. Shuttle bus arrived on time and the luggages up the bus and to our room. The room had an in-room onsen which was super! There was a quiet camping ground beside where my family spent half a day building snowman and playing. We could call for pizza food delivery on the first day. Convenience store was quite a walk away but manageable if the snow wasn’t so thick."

"During the skiing trip in Hakuba, although I didn't drive myself and the transportation was a little inconvenient (the shuttle bus with fewer flights sometimes couldn't fully meet the needs), the hotel's front desk service made me feel extremely warm and thoughtful. Here, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to several front desk staff for their enthusiastic assistance and professional service. This was my first time to go skiing in Hakuba. I was unfamiliar with the local environment and did not have a car. In addition, I had to send my luggage back to the airport, so I encountered many challenges during the process. First of all, I would like to express my special thanks to an older male waiter who was kind and polite. He helped me with the delivery service. The process was very careful and made me feel at ease. Secondly, thanks to a short, slightly fat but smiling male waiter. After learning that I had been waiting in the lobby for two hours because the shuttle bus did not arrive on time, he tried his best to help me call a taxi to the ski resort. Although he was unsuccessful in the end, he understood my persistence and was always willing to help. When I got back to the hotel, as time was tight, he took the initiative to ask his supervisor and quickly helped arrange a hotel car to take me to the station so that I could catch the bus and JR train to Tokyo. At the same time, he also helped me pick up my stored luggage and assisted in moving it. He was more anxious than I was throughout the whole process, which deeply touched me. I am deeply sorry that I was unable to express my gratitude or give a tip in person as I was in a hurry at the time. Also, I would like to commend a young waitress. Although she was inexperienced, she was still careful and responsible, and tried her best to solve my problem, which made me feel her dedication and professionalism. During this trip, the sincerity and enthusiasm of these service staff provided me with great help. Even when faced with emergencies, they always put themselves in the guests' shoes and demonstrated an excellent service attitude. Next time I visit Hakuba, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again because their service makes me feel at home. Thanks again! "The location isn't particularly convenient. Walking uphill is required, and the hotel is nestled in the woods. It can be a bit intimidating if you go after dark. It's best to eat breakfast and dinner in your room, or bring some food back to the hotel for your own meals. There aren't many restaurants near the hotel, and getting around is inconvenient without a car."

"The facilities were what stood out at this hotel, from the complimentary red bean soup and crackers post-ski, to the beautiful public and private onsen with free ice pop and coffee milk, to the ping-pong table that our boys enjoyed in the evening. We booked the evening meals package with Ctrip which made it very convenient to have dinner in the hotel. The food was delicious although there was too much of it and it took 90mn to complete the course. I wish there was a casual Japanese restaurant onsite. The two bedroom junior suite gave a lot of extra space and privacy 👍🏻. What we found strange was that our room was ready by 1:30pm and our luggages were in but we weren’t allowed in until 3pm. Please make a conscious effort not to loose the hotel key card as they charge ¥3,000 for a lost keycard. That last note put a dim on our otherwise great stay."

"The location is a bit remote, a little far from the center of Hakuba Village, but fortunately it is one of the stops for the ski shuttle bus, so it is quite convenient. The view outside the room window is very good, facing the snow-capped mountains."

"The hotel was cozy and close to happo-one resort, the happo bus station, and a few ski/snowboard equipment rentals. I stayed in a traditional tatami room - I enjoy sleeping on the mats with just a comforter but there were mattresses available in the closet for those who prefer it. The best part of my stay was the customer service. I had to drop some luggage off before check-in to hit the slopes, and when I returned, not only was my room ready for me, my luggage was taken up as well. In the evening another staff member enthusiastically help me set up the ironing machine as I needed to quickly steam a shirt, and provided recommendations on places to eat. Highly recommend a stay at great value"

"I used it on a snowboarding trip! The rice was delicious and the quantity was just right.This was my second time using this restaurant and I was very satisfied! The bath was spacious and spacious as a family bath. I was able to purchase a discount ticket for a day-trip hot spring, and I bought a day-trip hot spring ticket at the end of the snowboarding the next day. Although there are other shops in the pension district that interest me, I would like to use it again because I feel safe. I think you and your family can use it with peace of mind.
