The ATUR Hotel (Harbin Central Street Zhaolin Street) really impressed me. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and polite, making check-in super efficient. They even took the initiative to tell me about local routes and attractions – the attention to detail was exceptional. When checking out, they even offered warm water, and they were patient and gentle throughout my stay. The room was spotless, with no dust in any corners, and the bedding was soft and clean. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the herbal toiletries smelled lovely and were very gentle. All amenities were fully stocked. They even upgraded our room when they saw I had a baby, which was a nice touch. Even though our room faced the street, the soundproofing was absolutely fantastic. Due to some personal reasons, I needed to change rooms three times on the day of check-in, but the staff remained incredibly patient and accommodating, fulfilling all my requests. The breakfast was also delicious and plentiful. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Harbin!

This hotel is a hidden gem, my top choice for business trips! Its excellent location makes getting around and finding food incredibly convenient, significantly cutting down on commute times. The overall environment is clean and tidy; the public areas are spacious and well-maintained. The guest rooms are thoughtfully laid out with good natural light, and the storage solutions are a nice touch, making them perfect for both work and relaxation. I especially want to commend the hotel service—the staff are professional and attentive, providing thorough and detailed service throughout my stay. Any last-minute requests were promptly addressed and efficiently resolved. The room's soundproofing is excellent, the lighting is soft, and the bedding is comfortable and breathable, allowing for a truly relaxing rest after a busy day. The breakfast selection is varied, the ingredients are fresh, and the flavors are light and pleasant. It’s a well-balanced meal that meets daily dining needs. With its complete facilities, comfortable living spaces, and exceptional service, it’s an ideal stay for business travelers!

This was my first stay at Atour, and overall, I had a fantastic experience. The aromatherapy scent was lovely, the room layout was thoughtfully designed, the facilities felt high-quality, and they clearly put effort into their selections (the tea in the mini-fridge was delicious!). The room was also spotlessly clean. The large reading room was bathed in sunlight, and it's the first time I've seen a hotel curate its book collection with such care. The breakfast was varied but not overwhelmingly so, offering both Chinese and Western options that were fresh, tasty, and presented cleanly. The hotel's service was also excellent. We checked in late at night, and the front desk staff was energetic, efficient, professional, and very friendly. They even upgraded our room. In the morning, a staff member called to ask if we wanted to extend our stay, and when we said no, he thoughtfully added, 'No rush, check-out is at 2 PM…' If the hardware of a hotel is a necessity, then the quality of its service truly defines whether a hotel has a heart. My classmate always stayed here and consistently recommended it, but staying here myself, I now understand their fondness and trust in Atour. Staying at Atour feels like being cared for during your travels.

Any requests we had were promptly addressed. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; the floors, bathroom, and even the corners were spotless with no strange odors. Atour's signature mattress was perfectly balanced in terms of softness and firmness. The blackout curtains combined with double-paned windows provided excellent soundproofing, completely blocking out the lively street noise, ensuring a good night's sleep even for someone who usually has trouble sleeping in new places. The hotel facilities are excellent. The Zhuju (Bamboo Dwelling)书吧 (book bar) is quiet and perfect for relaxing. The gym is well-equipped for a quick workout after a long journey. The breakfast offers a great mix of Chinese and Western options, including Northeastern specialties, hot congee, and pastries, all tasting delicious. The overall minimalist and refreshing decor felt clean and sophisticated. It's a rare peaceful haven in a bustling city. If you're visiting Harbin, look no further! The service was outstanding! The location is right by Central Street, making for a truly wonderful trip.

The room was very spacious. Jingqi at the front desk gave me a free upgrade, lent me a charger, and even gave me a souvenir. Afterward, she also helped me with my luggage. The service was incredibly thoughtful, and the breakfast was delicious. I still prefer staying at Atour!

Had very good experience in the hotel for my family trip during their popular season in winter! The staff are very friendly which really impressed me. I ordered some famous yogurt to hotel before arriving the hotel. Without any notifications, the staff helped me to keep in the fridge as they noticed that it’s yogurt inside the box. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻I left some kids winter clothes in the room as I dun need them anymore after the trip. The staff also called me to double confirm whether they r unwanted or forgotten. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is quite yummy too! Will definitely stay again in my next China trip!

Must give Atour +10086 points! ‼️ This Atour truly lives up to my careful selection. The location is excellent, with complete amenities nearby. The hotel is situated on high ground, so our room on the first floor (and I'm very happy with the first floor! It feels very secure) wasn't damp at all. The hotel is very clean, and the environment is comfortable and elegant. Special shout-out to the two young ladies at the front desk, another +1000 points! The first one recommended delicious barbecue across the street. The other front desk staff had cute dimples, was very sweet and gentle, and gave my son a croissant-shaped keychain that he absolutely adores. 🥰 Harbin is a super friendly city. Our trip was rushed, and we missed visiting the Unit 731 Museum, which is a shame, so we'll have to come back again next time. 💜

it locate far from metro but easy to find Didi. room is very clean and also provide free porridge, laundry room. whic is great for long trip. it cost also very reasonable.  heat water is super super fast, i mean it hot within 2 sec!!!! trust me!. however for my lack of experience, i try to make my room have some cool air (26 degree) but it seem cant and i dont know how to adjust it 😅 so my night is quite hot. but most experience is great

The breakfast category is rich, there are Harbin local red sausage, pasta, hot porridge, fruit snacks, the most important thing is that there is 🥰 roasted cold noodles 🥰, the taste is online; there are warm heart porridge late at night, and the stomach can be warmed late at night. The overall price is super high, no matter whether it is a single business trip or a family trip, it is suitable. Next time you come to Harbin, you will also look for this one. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The location is excellent, right on Shangzhi Street, just a hundred meters from Central Avenue. There's a bus stop right outside, making it super convenient to get around. The room was spacious and the facilities were quite new. The showerhead was the best I've experienced in a hotel recently – really comfortable! The service was very warm and friendly, and there was a generous supply of bottled water. Breakfast was also quite rich. I stayed for 3 nights, and the breakfast menu was the same every day. I'd suggest varying some of the items daily.
