GGuest UserThis hotel may not be a luxury five-star property, but for its category, it’s definitely one of the better places to stay. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and all the appliances were working properly, which made the stay comfortable and hassle-free. The location is also very convenient since it’s just walking distance to Pryce Tower and nearby establishments. One thing to note is that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so if your room is on the upper floors, expect a bit of exercise. They also don’t serve full meals, but they do provide free coffee and bread at the lobby. Luckily, there are plenty of restaurants and food spots nearby, so finding something to eat is very easy.

GGuest UserI checked in at past 10 pm and got a big room, bigger than what I expected for the price. The room, including the bathroom, is obviously newly renovated. I will recommend it to friends.The location is just perfect for my needs.

闫闫Very very good hotel, the location is in a residential area, so it is a bit difficult to find, but Google can navigate past it. The rooms are large, clean and sanitary, with complete facilities for cooking, and the quilt is not as trendy as other hotels, it feels like home.

GGuest UserWe decided on this hotel based on price, but it was even more comfortable than we expected. My wife and I stayed here for four days. It's in the middle of the city, so it's in a great location with the night market and mall nearby. As you'd expect from Duterte's hometown, the security is very good. The thing that surprised me the most was the taxis. They always keep the meter running, even if you don't use Grab. You wouldn't see this in Manila.

The location was great—close to everything I needed. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which had lots of good options. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.
