"Comfortable location. In the heart of the city, in foot access from the main sights and subway. There are garbage tanks in the yard, there are rats running. Noise is very bad. Doors, beds, floor - everything will twist. Some guests do not observe the silence mode. They do not sleep at night and early in the morning. Downstairs restaurant and karaoke bar. In the evening, music can play very loudly. Wi-Fi is bad, often disabled. The administrator on the respiratory is not available, only call to call."

"Ужасный отель. Номер в который наш заселили не имел окон. При этом нет вытяжки и кондиционера, есть маленькая форточка ведущая в общий коридор. Номер находится в подвале здания, с запахом сырости. Ночью мы просто задыхались , от нехватки кислорода. Не советую выбирать этот отель."

"Расположение отеля единственный плюс. Брали номер с двухспальной кроватью, матрас удачный, кровать скрипит просто ужас. Прямо за окном днем и ночью идет стройка. Ни разу никто не прибрался за три ночи и полотенца не меняли (возможно, по запросу сделали бы). Просили фен (сразу возвращали), нож, тарелку, все дали, за это спасибо. Но я ,честно, лучше бы переплатила."

"I live in a quadruple room, a bit like a domestic student dormitory. I have never lived in other youth travels before, so I don’t know how this trip is. Personal feeling is average, but wins at a cheap price and good location. There is a curtain in the bottom of the room, and there is no upper bunk. The younger sister of the counter is really good, Russian and English can communicate. Breakfast was not eaten there, it was not clear. It is not suitable for children who do not know, but who have children to live in. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to the Confucius Institute. No parking, no lift. There is a bar downstairs in the Youth Hostel and a dress rental shop upstairs."

Rested 4 days. Clean and new rooms. On the respiratory very responsive workers. Location almost in the city center, to the main street 7 minutes walk. Recommended for accommodation

Все отлично. Быстро заселились после перелета. Проблем не было , хоть и рейс задержали. Приехали уже вечером. Все чисто. Видно что стараются люди внимательно следят за деталями и клиентоориентированны. Спасибо большое. Однозначно рекомендуем. Цена за троих вообще удивила.

Wonderful hotel!! Very very much liked, went home! I liked the bed, bathroom in the room, cooler in the corridor, biscuits, you could pour tea. On the respiratory very pleasant administrators. Thank you very much, very recommended!

My friend and I stayed at Hotel13 for five days. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. It's a budget option for such a convenient location—Bauman Street is a 10-minute walk away, and the central train station is also close. The shower and bathroom are shared, but everything is clean and new. Services like a coffee machine and bathrobe rental are available for an additional fee. We were also pleased that we could leave our suitcases in storage for the day for free. Overall, it's a good hotel for the price.

Needed a room for one night. This hotel was suitable for all parameters. The room was clean. Renovation is not new but everything is neat. Kitchen is common, spacious, with everything necessary. Shower is common. Two common bathrooms. The administrator is polite, everything will tell, will tell. For ”nighting” the most.

Тем, кто приезжает в визовый центр Франции, отель расположен очень удобно. Вышел из здания - вот она соседняя дверь. Номер был в новом корпусе: в целом симпатичный, только очень холодно в комнате, и одеяло тонкое. У душа слабый напор. Заказы на завтрак принимают до 17:00, но если нет возможности связаться с постояльцем, администраторы стараются заказать сами, чтобы гость не остался голодным. Я останавливалась одна, но входило в оплату 2 завтрака, мне выбрали 2 завтрака соответственно)) можно взять один завтрак с собой. Впечатление об отеле портит неприятный запах канализации при входе.
